I like coming to this Sonic. Even with them yanking out several boards for mobile spots there are still plenty of ordering spots. Food is always good, hot and accurate.

I sat here at this sonic for 15 minutes and no answer to take my order. I had time to download the app and order food and still no response. So just make sure to download the app before coming because they dont answer here. Then waited 30 minutes for the food. Not sure what’s going on with the service, but definitely needs help somewhere. Very disappointed.

This location has a problem when they keep giving cars behind you food and drinks and it comes up to 15 minutes and you and the car at the window have yet to be giving anything then when 20 minutes comes around we decide to leave and the worker wants to get mad. Most of us don’t get paid to sit in line and wait 20 minutes for food.

They are lying on their metrics! Mobile order put in at 12:35 p.m. with an estimated done time of 12:45 my order was cleared from the screen like it had been completed at 12:45 but 7 minutes later after calling and asking I’m still sitting here without my item!

I have not eaten at a Sonic in Norman (or anywhere else) that has edible food. The ice cream drinks are pretty good and the service is wonderful. AND you can’t beat the cost of this food anywhere. Definitely the place to go with many young children or for a cheap date night.

This is the most mediocre sonic I have ever been to. They always forget ingredients like pickles and tomatoes and they do not know how to make a burger all the ingredients are bunched up to one side and the bacon on the number 3 is always stacked into a pile in the middle. This is the third time in a row this has happened here. I dont know why I am leaving this review, even if they do see this they will just say “we are so sorry costumer service is our main priority” and yet nothing will ever be done about it. Typical fast food, low prices and even lower quality.
