First thing I would like to acknowledge is the employees are very friendly and quick service. I have no complaints there although it’s extremely overpriced. We had ordered two drinks. One was supposed to be free and my total was five dollars for one slushy a small at that I had to go back around and exchange my drink because my Dr Pepper dirty was absolutely disgusting and nothing but syrup and the Dr Pepper I received an exchange was also disgusting. Way way overpriced for gross drinks, but I would like to say again the employees are very friendly and do their job well.

Won’t be coming to this location anymore!! I ordered a medium mozz sticks and a medium cheddar peppers. I selected 2 ranch and 3 marinara in the app but when I completed my order it defaulted to 2 groovy sauces. No big deal I’ll ask them to correct it when I get there. My mom goes to pick up the order and asks for sauces we want and THEY CHARGED HER $1.63!!!! They said it’s new management and orders no longer come with sauces unless it’s groovy sauce. The app said I could add up to 5 sauces, so I did. But new owner rules trumps that I guess.

I went there on Thursday, October 2 between 945 and 10 AM and I originally ordered three supersonic burritos no jalapeño add bacon and Baja and a route 44 Cherry limeade drink. When I got to the window, only two of my burritos were rung up they rang me up for a route 44 Cherry limeade slush, which cost more. When I got home, all of my burritos had jalapeño which I had asked not to have. I don’t usually do this because I used to work at this location and there has never been this big of an issue and I’m never Complainer but I just spent nearly $30 for something that cost $21 because of their mistake. I wasn’t gonna say anything on here until I got home and saw that my order still was not made correctly.

Not the first time this has happened, but whenever I have ordered food I am always charged and then I don’t get everything I actually ordered. I got charged like 3$ for ranch and I didn’t get one. I order a large side and it’s not even filled half way with the appropriate items. Oh and I hope you have time to wait 45 minutes for a large drink and 4 mozzarella sticks that’s exposed to be a large. I have tried to give it chance after chance but I can no longer do it.

Very disappointed in the service. Sonic Drive-Ins are usually places that you can be served in 5 to 10 minutes. Needless to say, I was very unhappy it took over 25 minutes to get 2 corn dogs and onion tings. The time was 11:40 a.m. to 12:10 on 11/8/25.

We ordered 3 drinks during happy hour , when we pulled in we were the only car and when we went to order she just cut us off and gave us the total of the drink drink and then didn’t respond after that we then had to pull up to the window where she clearly just didn’t pay attention to anything we said and it took them almost 10 mins and by the time we got our drink we already had 5 cars behind us

I ordered a double cheeseburger and large onion rings. What I got was a burger smaller than a McD’s hamburger and 4 onion rings. For $15. Avoid Sonic and just go to Braums. You get double the food and it’s a lot less.

So I come here often but when I got to the widow I had two separate full orders and the girl seemed new. Didn’t know how to separate them, at first she thought I had only gotten drinks so their was confusion. When I got my food back to the office I bite into what’s supposed to be a fried steak sandwich and get chicken. Call, notify them and ask “hey can I just be refunded the difference from a steak sandwich to a chicken?” So that happens. Great. Some service. I take another bite….. RAW. Center is completely raw, cold, slimy chicken. Just gross. Employees need a bit better training before being put on window and obviously cooks need to be trained 1: the difference between steak and chicken and 2: how to COOK chicken.

Sonic is my go-to for the speed and customer service. I have a 30 minute drive to work. I placed the order to be ready at a certain time (about 5 minutes, which is normal). But instead, I showed up and waited 20 minutes, called 5 times (nobody answered), then went to the drive through. I told them why I was here and they brought the food instantly, meaning it had been ready. And the fries were cold.

I wouldn’t have been this upset if someone had told me it would be a while. But due to very poor service, this location has lost my business. I will get my Sonic elsewhere.
