When you ask on your burger no tomato and no cheese and then you leave and then you get home and there’s tomato and there’s cheese when you’re allergic to something maybe they need to pay a little bit better attention to their their service and what’s been put up on on their monitor especially when they read it back to you three times

Order wrong again not the first time seams to be a pattern. Called the business the assistant manager Kenny told us to call him direct then became aggitative when told se 29 and harrah was better. He stated we should visit that location more. Stated complaints to corporate they won’t do anything. Then ended hanging up on me. I don’t know how they stay in business. Also I don’t know how they have a 3 rating. If you you go there expect your order to be wrong.

So I come here often but when I got to the widow I had two separate full orders and the girl seemed new. Didn’t know how to separate them, at first she thought I had only gotten drinks so their was confusion. When I got my food back to the office I bite into what’s supposed to be a fried steak sandwich and get chicken. Call, notify them and ask “hey can I just be refunded the difference from a steak sandwich to a chicken?” So that happens. Great. Some service. I take another bite….. RAW. Center is completely raw, cold, slimy chicken. Just gross. Employees need a bit better training before being put on window and obviously cooks need to be trained 1: the difference between steak and chicken and 2: how to COOK chicken.

Anytime I go to this Sonic it’s a long wait in the drive thru. Today I waited 5 minutes at the speaker no one answered I said “Hello” still no answer, so I left.

The burgers here always seem crispy around edges because they have been cooked and sat in warmer for who knows how long. When your on your lunch break you don’t really have time to send food back so you gotta pick of the edges and try to get the rest of dry burger down. I know it’s fast food but why can’t it be fresh and hot and juicy all at the same time?? On another note the fries were actually good today.

Ordered 1 tea on line with the app pulled in 2 cars in drive thru my car and 1 other we waited for 10 minutes to get 1 tea had to push button and ask what was talking so long for 1 tea absolutely ridiculous this is why no one wants to tip your employees because nothing is done in a timely fashion
