It’s a sonic, so you know what to expect. I left one star off of service because either the speaker was messed up or the person taking our order was talking to someone in the background. You know when you’re in a drive through and you become filled with dread because it’s taking way too long for the person in front of you to order and so you just know they’re ordering for the whole basketball team or something? That’s how it was. Turns out, the car in front of us was having issues too with the speaker and ordering. The car behind us was still trying to order when we were leaving. So maybe skip the drive through for a while. We ordered a med cherry limeade cream slush, a med soda, an order of cheddar bites and an order of cheddar peppers. Once we got over the ordering debacle they got our food to us very quickly. I didn’t get pictures of the food but my husband took a picture of our dogs begging him for food, that’s just as good, right? We’ll see if it gets to stay up. Enjoy!

Ordered a corn dog and didn’t get it when I went to pick it up. They also offered delivery, but after the wheel spun for 10 minutes I gave up. Sonic needs to do better. If I have to go pick up my order it would be much to receive everything I paid for.

The food was awful! The smash burgers had a weird taste to them. All 4 people who ate them had the same opinion. They were also overcooked. The tots were a soggy mess, and we waited 15 minutes and called twice on the speaker for a forgotten drink that we never received. We won’t be back.

I normally would’ve given a 4 or five star rating, but my past three orders have taken a drastic down turn. I got some chicken strips, 2 were etable. The other three were clearly over cooked, the dogs didn’t even want them, which says something. The I had gotten a coke with two flavors added. You couldn’t tell what flavors were in it, and I’m not even sure it was coke and had regular ice and not light ice. I get light ice cause ice alone takes up 3/4 of the cup. That’s too much for me. Half is acceptable, a quarter is perfect cause you get more coke. If I wanted more ice it’s in my freezer. You either brought on a screw up who needs more oversight by the boss to ensure the correct details or get a job that a sea cucumber could do. Read details, confirm you got them right, and don’t send food that’s not on par. Here a pic to show that I’m not lying about the ice detail. Easy ice, and liquid is still floating the ice. Regular ice, the liquid goes below the ice. Everytime my orders wrong from here on you’re getting the details and the pics I’ll even include order numbers, times, and pics. Your UE order is already going down. It might’ve only been by 0.1, but stay on this track and I have no doubt it’ll match the google rating. From a 4.8 to a 4.7 in a week or two is crazy.

Only getting two stars because my car hop Gracie was very nice. But to serve gravy that has been scraped out of the bottom and is thicker then oatmeal consistency shouldn’t happen. I would of chosen another sauce had I been given the option. The manager didn’t even handle the call when I called to let them know.

Very delightful service & one of the fastest yet. It was like I wiggled my nose & there my drink was.. my drink isn’t a fast one to make, seeing it’s made with blended ice cream. I placed the order, went for my pocket to pay with cash & there the carhop was like she was waiting on me.. anyrate…

Asked for a footlong with no chili I got chili ..I asked for mustard relish and onions and had tons of relish .yuk. I asked for onion rings..nope didn’t have any WTH asked for fresh fries .well that’s not happening..pushed button and asked for fresh fries this time and they made them.,.only thing they got right was drink. .sick of these places in Harrah..I believe they employ retards. Ordered online and it was ready when we got there. Burgers were made as requested and fries were cooked perfectly but then too much salt was added.
