Worse sonic ive ever been to. This isnt the first time i get here and either my food takes aboit ten years to get ready or they make absolutely no effort to make a sonic blast or a shake. I mean, im sorry, you put a teaspoon of butterfingers in my shake and call this a shake? or dump a tablespoon or cookie dough on top of icecream and call it a blast?. Waste of money.

Definitely not customer oriented. More stalls without menu boards than with. We ordered 4 drinks on the app and when we arrived we had to drive around the building multiple times ti get a stall to pull into, and even then had to wait 10 minutes to receive our drinks. The drive through probably would have taken longer seeing that no cars had left since we arrived.

The woman working at drive thru was shockingly rude. She made passive aggressive comments towards me for no reason. Then to top it all off the milkshake was completely melted when we got it.

This sonic is a joke. Order a super sonic burrito and LG iced coffe over sonic app. I called the woman on the phone remembered me and laughed said yeah I gave you the wrong order she said I can’t remake your order right now we are busy I can make it at a later time or i can just refund you the money but it will take 24hrs to be put back on your card that was Monday morning. Still no money refunded to my card! Also when I picked the food they weren’t busy at all I called them not even 5 to 10mn later after leaving there. So not sure why she refused to remake my order. I will not be back! Sonic is a joke and will steal your money they will say they will refund you but won’t.

We just ordered from sonic come to find out once we got home our “burger” had no patty and was just cheese and mustard. How does this happen? Like seriously. This is ridiculous. I understand being understaffed but forgetting the patty in a BURGER is unreasonable.

i just went through the drive through and the man was super rude because i couldn’t hear him over his mumbling, he told us to pull up to a stall and then later on when i got my sandwich, i got a croissant, it was burned and crumbly. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

I would leave 0 stars. Placed an order on the app 25 mins before they closed. I arrived five minutes after placing the order, well before their closing time. The employees would not answer the stalls, I then went drive thru window all four employees I could see inside refused to acknowledge I was sitting there. WORST SONIC.

I just went to this sonic at 510p today on a 30 mins break and waited for almost 25 mins for a corn dog and a medium water. I eventually left because It was taking too long and I had to get back. However, there were cars in stalls when I got there and the same cars were there when I left just sitting there waiting. I don’t understand. Staff getting off work while I’m there waiting on a corn dog and water. Smh I wanted to give 0 stars.
