As dozens of others have commented, this is absolutely the worst of all Sonics. And nowadays, that’s really saying something. When I go there, it takes forever. At least 50% of the time my order is wrong, or something is missing.
If I order Sonic through DoorDash and it comes from this location, I wait forever. The drivers don’t get paid to wait, so they usually unassign from the order after waiting 15 minutes or more (which is crazy because I know that DoorDash gives them time to prepare the order before sending the driver) causing an even longer delay. They do not package orders for delivery like other Sonics. Not only is the bag not sealed, they use the smallest bag that they can cram the into. So the bag is open and food is sticking out the top. It was windy the last time that ordered for delivery, the driver set the order on my porch and left as instructed. Before I could get there the wind blew the sack over and l large portion of my order dumped ot on my filthy porch.
Our Blizzards had the tall plastic lids with the large hole in the center. Again, no seal over the opening, just left wide open. So I guess that if you drver has a cold and coughs or sneezes on the way to you, you may end up with extra toppings.

Waited in drive through for 1 burger meal for over 15 mins. By the time we got the food, it was cold. That was a total nightmare of an experience. Never going back again. …………
Add-on….after I posted this review, I had a response from what it says is the owner saying to call a certain number if I wanted my review to be posted. I tried to call that number, it turned put to be the number to sonic and the person I spoke to was not interested in helping me. Then acted like he was cutting out to were I couldn’t understand him. What a joke.

Worse sonic ive ever been to. This isnt the first time i get here and either my food takes aboit ten years to get ready or they make absolutely no effort to make a sonic blast or a shake. I mean, im sorry, you put a teaspoon of butterfingers in my shake and call this a shake? or dump a tablespoon or cookie dough on top of icecream and call it a blast?. Waste of money.
Not even that but service is rude! I get that its after 10pm and youre like over 50 but that does not mean that you should be rude.

long wait time every time I come here regardless if you’re one of three customers in the parking lot. after having me go from the drive-through to a stall to a different stall for some reason, my sandwich bun was rock hard and all my food was cold when i got back home (3 min drive). the carhop was nice, but you’d think being so slow they could make sure my bun wasnt burnt/stale and everything was fresh

I would leave 0 stars. Placed an order on the app 25 mins before they closed. I arrived five minutes after placing the order, well before their closing time. The employees would not answer the stalls, I then went drive thru window all four employees I could see inside refused to acknowledge I was sitting there. WORST SONIC.

We just ordered from sonic come to find out once we got home our “burger” had no patty and was just cheese and mustard. How does this happen? Like seriously. This is ridiculous. I understand being understaffed but forgetting the patty in a BURGER is unreasonable.

Man… we never have a good experience here and we keep trying. Today was the last straw, pulled in and they were not running the drive thru, told us to park at a stall. To which we waited 35minutes for two shakes…

I go by this sonic pretty frequently and in the past few months I have seen an improvement in speed in the past I would go and it would take almost 20 minutes to get my order out but now they are very quick. Also Kara helps me in the drivethrough almost everytime and she is the sweetest. Also my order has never been wrong at this location

i just went through the drive through and the man was super rude because i couldn’t hear him over his mumbling, he told us to pull up to a stall and then later on when i got my sandwich, i got a croissant, it was burned and crumbly. NOT GOOD AT ALL.
