Pulled into 3 different stalls. All order kiosks were broken. Ordered and waited a good bit. Carhop came and said the system didn’t take my card (no notice on screen as such). Paid cash – I will be watching my account.

There is a reason it has been over three years since I have have eaten at this Sonic. Today was a reminder of that reason. After being held up for 15min in drive through, we got our food and headed down the interstate. This store initial give me a single fresh tender with the remaining old as dirt. See the picture. After calling I was told that they would only replace my 2 tenders . Ur team held up drive thru for a single tenders ruined my whole meal. Expect me drive back for two tender. This Sonic is the second worst Sonic only to the one off hwy 9 heading to Norman. Definitely pined in to never ear here again.

I hate this sonic so much. Every time I come here they take forever to bring stuff out. Even if you order on the app ahead of time. The food sucks and they rip you off. Order popcorn chicken in whichever sauce and all they do is bring you regular popcorn chicken and drizzle a little bit of sauce on them like you would do on French fries. The are suppose to be completely coated. Order their double cheeseburger and they’ll send out a kids burger from a wacky pack meal and just throw on an extra piece of small meat. Then the guy today who was the car hop kept wiping sweat off him with his bare hands. I would see him do this then go make ppls drinks, and touching their food, kids, straws, and money and stuff. I get its 100 degrees outside and I feel for carhops. But that is freakin gross. Atleast use a rag or something and use hand sanitizer afterwards.

Drive through at your own risk! This use to be a stand up fast food place but like everything it’s par at best. They charge enough for menu items to either not get order right or inconsistent from one visit to another. Restaurant have to get the basics right or ask yourself Why Updated as of 6/26/23 Decided to give Sonic another shot and hands down there doing it great like they did in the past! Kudos!

This location has gone downhill over the past several months. We have previously had to complain about our order, but this time, the “Supper Sonic Breakfast Burrito” was so bad I couldn’t eat it. It looked microwaved, it was small, barely any of the stuff on it & it tasted AWFUL! We don’t have time to turn around to get the order fixed. Calling well, yeah, the manager will fix this order, but what’s the point. I do my best to understand bad days and mistakes. I’m pretty forgiving & try a food place again before writing them off, but continual issues are a problem.

The person taking order had to ask if I was in the drive thru, so probably a new person, I can forgive this, but I ordered one item, an Oreo blast, and it took 10 minutes, there was no one else in line and it wasn’t busy, and when I received the Oreo blast it was melty and had ice cream running down the side all around it. Geez, what has happened to quality and costumer satisfaction. Maybe that is why they arent busy!!!!!

Upon receiving our order, our drinks carbon was messed up and we asked for napkins and ketchup. We pushed the button and also asked for forks and fresh tater tots because ours were cold. The person on the speaker informed us the tater tots were just cooked and we said not ours because they are cold and we would like fresh ones. They said, someone would be out to figure it out. I’m not sure what’s to figure out, just bring fresh tots, forks and napkins. Who can eat chili dogs with fingers. Needless to say Emily the manager is sent out and I finished my dog with my fingers before I received a fork. Not going back there again. Emily came out twice and both times no fork. 🙁

The food at Sonic good and the service good . Many, many years ago it used absolutely great, especially the chili dogs and onions and their route 44 diet cherry limeades but they’ve gotten down hill in taste especially in their chili dogs and onions. Route 44 diet cherry limeade, hardly no cherries just limes and too much ice!!!
