Don’t waste your time and money. Service was nonexistent as I waited for over 15 minutes, which was my fault for not leaving earlier, for an order that never arrived. The aggravating factor was that only ordered a hamburger combo and I watched four vehicles go through the drive through that arrived after I placed my order. Do as you please but this particular sonic is a place I would avoid

I’ve tried to be patient with this Sonic, I really have. It’s the closest one to me so I keep going back, hoping for a better experience. But, 90% of the time, it’s a 15+ minute wait regardless of what I order. Half the time the ice is bought from somewhere else and not the Sonic ice you hope for. Time before last, the manager pretty much accused me of lying about not getting my drink. I sit there and watch other people’s orders come out before mine that got there a good 10 minutes after I ordered. I’m done giving it more chances. I don’t have these issues at other locations.

Guaranteed your order will be wrong.
I go to this Sonic mainly out of convenience, but every time I expect better or different results—and every time, it’s the same story. I end up waiting 30 minutes or more, and my order is either wrong or missing items. It’s genuinely frustrating. I want to see this Sonic succeed in our small town, but at some point, when does it become insanity to keep going back?

Took forever to get our order in. They messed up the order on the screen and was rude about correcting it. Then after taking our order told us there wasn’t ice for the drinks and asked if that was okay, we said to give us a minute and instead of giving us a minute they asked if we wanted a drink carrier and then gave us our total. Overall just an unhappy experience.

Slowest sonic I’ve ever been too took 30 minutes just to get my order taken after I pushed the button do not recommend. Better off eating at the gas station, subway, or the Mexican restaurant.

The only reason I gave this place a single star is because the employee working the register was very sweet. She ensured my order was taken properly and was in the system correctly. When I received my food it had been sitting out for the last 40 minutes I learned this from the car hop as she apologized on repeat for the kitchens mistake. She informed me that they hadn’t cooked for the last 40 minutes and it had been under a heater because they were cleaning. This establishment closes at 11 yet at 10:30 they shut the lights out on us and told us they were closing IE trying to leave early. When I went and asked for a refund or for my food to be made over for me at 10:20 I was told I could speak with the district manager as she was working tonight. She told me she cooked those corn dogs herself and pulled them out of the fryer right before they were brought to me you could definitely tell the corn dog had been there for a while it was Rubbery and cold to the touch. When I asked for them to be remade they came out burnt because she has no respect for her customers. If this is the district manager I will not be stopping into any Sonic through Arkansas again. Sonic can think your blond rude of a district manager. Who worked tonight in Mansfield. Look at the pictures I posted would you really want to eat food that she had made?

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich. The 1st bun that came out with sandwich was burnt. First bite was horrible. The young lady came out after I explained my food was burnt and agreed to replace bun. The 2nd bun is what I received, much better. Ordered breakfast crosonic with bacon + sausage, paid extra 1.09 for extra meat, roll was burnt, sausage was missing and egg was so hard and overdone was texture of cardboard. Staff did NOTHING to rectify, didn’t even offer an apology. We are the only car there at time of our order at 9:30 am.

The hours are wrong on the app, google, and Apple Maps apparently. Employees showed up half an hour after it said they were open and I had already been waiting for my order which was placed through the app. It was obvious they weren’t open when I got there but there’s no way to cancel your order through the app. After contacting support, and talking with the employee who said it would be at least another half hour, they cancelled my order and said they were issuing a refund. I never got my refund so I wasted an hour of my time sitting there to not only not get my food but also not get my money back either.

The store was great. Renovated to modern, really. The food was hot and fresh. The service was great. We had Aime, and she c ame out with a smile and read our order back to us properly, took our cash, and was so polite and nice. Asked if we needed anything. The location was easy to access and plenty of stalls. Sadly, our first one was out of order, so we did have to pull out and find another one. That was the only negative aspect to report on. Overall, great Sonic!
