They forgot an order of mozzarella sticks, gave us no marinara, the ones we did get werent hot, charged us for an extra drink and an extra fry we didn’t order, messed up on the drinks we did order. Not to mention they were out of drink carriers. We ordered 7 drinks. Had 8. Had to hold them all the way home. Wont be going here again. Terrible.

I was in a stall ordering on the mobile app, and it was ready in a very few minutes. I checked the fries, and they were not very hot at all. I told the carhop and she told the cook so they made more. They just put the old fries in to cook again, and they were so hard I couldn’t eat them. Got home. My burger was cold cause I had to wait 8 to 10 minutes for the overcooked fries. The burger had nothing on it that I had ordered. The shake was the only thing I kept the burger and fries went in the trash.

WORST sonic in fort smith. Order is always wrong/missing something, it’s like they don’t know how to read tickets. Check your items before you leave so you don’t waste your time and gas driving back.

At 9:15 pm, waited 30 minutes for a shake. After 15 I pushed the button because the screen said my order was being delivered and never was. The person responding said they would bring it right out. Two more cars pulled in on opposite sides of me and they both got their orders before me. As the carhop was walking back I stopped her and said I had an order that still had not been delivered and told her what it was. She said she would get it right out. I finally got my Oreo cheesecake master shake at exactly 30 minutes after I made the original order.

I made a call in order for 30 breakfast burrito and 30 tots i called it in at 8am I was told it would be ready at 845am i got there at 845 and was told it’s almost done which wasn’t a big deal i understand it’s a big order at 930am the carhop finally brings my food and says sorry for your wait have a good day it leave get to my company and im missing half my order I called location I was told that I left before they could bring it out carhop did not say I have more she said ha e a good day the cook I cook I talked to on phone trying to find my food said im the only cook so it took longer if that’s the case I should’ve bn told a longer waut time not take another 45 minutes so basically I bought 207.00 dollars worth of breakfast had to wait 45 minutes longer then told one hour and half all together for nothing my crew had done left by the time I got there plus I had to come back to location to get the food they didn’t give me and what makes it even worse is they never tried to make it only gave me excuses and tried to blame me for leaving without all my food when the carhop said sorry for your wait and have a good day did not say I have more bags inside

Every time I come to this location they seem to get something wrong. Last time they gave a normal cheeseburger instead of a double like ordered. This time I told them no mayo on my burger they didn’t remove it. As well as the car hop didn’t even try to give me my change, she literally just walked off without offering it back. Highly disappointed with service.

Sonic, aren’t you best known for your drinks? So why would you not strive to have drinkable water?? I have never had such bad tasting water from a fast food restaurant in my life. Squeezing my lemon slices did not improve the taste in the slightest.
