I always have a good experience when I go to this Sonic. The food is hot and fresh. The servers are polite. If I need anything additional they bring it right to my car when I press the red button. I think I like this place because of the chili. I like the chili footlong, I like the Frito chili pie, chili on my tots. I even recently started adding chili to my burger. It’s pretty delicious.

This Sonic on Towsen I am going to give it a ⭐ because it only allows me to do t for each. I want to give a great prop’s to Sarah the manager last night and to all her wonderful teammates. The food was wonderful not only that the staff where on time and really respectful and they had the best attitude for Halloween tonight they keep it moving for how busy it seemed. “The car hopper, Tristyn had my order out in under five minutes, and both the burger and mozzarella sticks were excellent. Since they weren’t very busy at the time, I decided to eat before leaving. Just as I was about to leave, a gentleman, Zyan (the manager that evening) came out to my car just to ensure that my order was satisfactory I really appreciated him going out of his way to make sure everything was as I ordered. Definitely recommend swinging by here if you’re able! Overall had a great experience and will definitely be back!”

Stopped in late on a Friday night and picked up an app order. The food was ready in a timely manner and the carhop went back to grab me some condiments. Very nice people working late.
Will stop in again. We had a little spill on the lids of the cups, but nothing a napkin couldn’t remove. They gave us a couple extra, so it worked out.

I’ll say it again! This is the worst sonic in fort smith.
They will make you wait everyday for no reason. Even when you’re the only one in the parking lot. They aren’t answering that red light until they want to!
I just don’t go anymore unless it’s for a drink and I still wait over 10 minutes

I had a great experience at Sonic! I ordered four ice cream cones and a Red Bull Dragon Fruit drink for my husband. Everything was perfect, and Sarah, the employee who handed us our order, was exceptionally kind and friendly. Her great attitude made our visit even better! Excellent customer service—thank you, Sarah!

I don’t write reviews but This sonic is trash and their attitude about being trash is worse. They got my order wrong then we they brought the corrected order they made sure they slopped everything on like I was a dog. I will not be returning smh
