When this Sonic first opened, it was top notch. But the last 3 times I have been here, my order has been wrong. Twice I ordered a #4 Double and it was a single. This most recent time I ordered with no ketchup and ketchup is on my burger. The service has not been what it was. Management needs to be inspecting what they expect of their employees. Please pay better attention to what you are doing!

I suggest hiring some adults or at least retrain the kids that work there. Every time I go there they forget something. The sonic blizzards was basically a cup full of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of Oreos on top!!??? Do they not use the machine that helps them blend it???

Me my kids and wife just went there worst experience at a sonic ever yes my kids were a bit loud in the back but either way I got them to claim down after a sec we said sorry about that then continueed the employee on the speaker ignored us after then was very rude so I checked food the food was messed up no sauce on them so I ask for a refund the manager said give the food back first so we did she took it back though the window! We have went there many times before this was a first not sure if we will be back after that….. idk if there having a bad day or what but please don’t take it out on us. As some have said, it really is the best Sonic in the area, including Yell Co. I feel like they had to find their groove after they opened (which restaurant doesn’t?) but now that they’ve hit their stride I’ve never had any issues like I’ve had at all the others in the area.. I don’t know for sure but I’ve heard it’s because this particular Sonic isn’t owned by the same owner as all the other local ones. I know it’s still fairly new but it’s nice not having to pull into 3 or 4 different stalls to find a working ordering screen, so that’s a bonus lol.

Me and my family had to run some last minute errands so we stopped at there on the way back. Almost instantly after we clicked the button we got a response. We ordered a few fries, a order of mozzarella sticks, and a burger and drinks. The food was fresh, the mozzarella sticks were gooey, the burger was fantastic, and the drinks tasted amazing. It’s definitely one of the best sonics around here, with really nice employees, we’ll definitely go there again:)

I was a little disappointed this morning when I ordered my usual Super Sonic breakfast burrito with bacon instead of sausage add extra bacon and it came with sausage. Usually it’s pretty good but I really dislike restaurants sausage. I had to pick it all off before I could eat it.
Edit: Stopped for dinner and though I was disappointed with the breakfast order the dinner made up for it. This is honestly the best Sonic in 3 counties. The food was fresh, the service was exceptional!
