I wanted a chicken sandwich with mayo only on a regular bun. I got a chicken sandwich that had lettuce and those disgusting so called pickles that taste like cucumber. And even if you take them off it ruins the taste of the sandwich. The chicken was hard and the first bite was chewy tendon. Also, the bun fell apart so I guess it was old. I used to really like this sonic but they have gone down hill. Guess I will make the trip to Ozark or darling from now on.

I went to the hospital in Paris arkansas. My brother went and got me number cheeseburger with onions and larger route 44 sweet tea. No cheeseburger just hamburger cold not able to eat no sweet tea unsweetened tea. Only thing good was the onions rings. I threw the rest away because I was being committed to the hospital and my brother left. I love sonic but not this one

I go to this Sonic 4-5 days a week. I have had trouble in the past with the mobile app having “technical difficulties” always still able to show them the issue and getting my drinks at the rate online. New people today after their website showing tech difficulties and was told nothing we can do we have no way to change it. LIES I have had enough and will never spend my $$ here again. Don’t just write your customers off when they spend a lot of $$ at your establishment.

The last three times the food has been cool and taste old. My tater tots were not warm at all. My food was old but warm but dried out bc it had been made a while ago. My drinks from here are never consistent some times it takes an extremely long time to receive food bc they are always seem to be short staffed.
