I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered two burgers with two drinks, and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. When it finally came out, both burgers were cold and soggy, and the fries were cold and tasted like pure cooking oil. completely inedible. On top of that, one of the employees said something rude (even threw in a racial slur under their breath, which caught me off guard), and at that point I just wanted to leave. I’ve never had an experience this unprofessional at a Sonic before. Definitely not coming back to this location.

You expect a little grease with your tater tot’s but this was ridiculous. This looked like they emptied the remains of an old fry basket for my lunch and bonus, I got old greasy French fries with my tots! My husbands burger wasn’t right and looked terrible. This place has gone down hill over the last several years and I will not ever waste my money here again.

This establishment really needs some updating; especially to the stalls when over half of them do not even work. The food really needs a lot of attention. There is this excess taste of cooking oil in everything from the fries to the burgers. So much oil its nauseating after eating. Perhaps the whole establishment needs a complete renovation altogether…

Honestly probably one of the worst burgers I have had, very over cooked or left too long in the hot box. Even the kids burgers had a complete burnt.. not a edge burnt but a complete full slice burnt cheese on top of the burger. I mentioned it to one of the workers, probably the night manager/lead and she did get us a new kids burger but even that one seemed off putting and the only way our child ate it was by drowning it in ketchup and even that wasn’t a success.

Ordered thru app for immediate pick-up, arrived, checked in with no issue (previous times the app wouldn’t allow check in), waited about 5 minutes & received order. No issues with food.

Horrible sonic in Arkansas. The food was either cold or stale, definitely the worst sonic I’ve been to. I took a picture of my stale popcorn chicken which were so small it was pretty much all breading or dried out chicken.

Not what it used to be.. the online app was not accepting orders. I drove there to place an order.. service was slow. The carhop was very nice, but half of the order kiosks / menu displays do not work.. I tried to park in four different spots.. I ordered drinks and onion rings… the rings were kinda warm, definitely not hot, and the cheese was missing in about half of the order.. I ordered eight mozzarella sticks.

Half of the stalls don’t work, and the other half are mobile orders. Our order was not correct and the register didn’t work at the time so our meal was at least free. Gave 2 stars for at least the staff being understanding.

I don’t know why it took so long for me to write this review but I live far away from everything except for this sonic. It’s the only fast food restaurant near me and the food is ALWAYS horrible! My fries are always burnt, I got a garlic burger today and it was a regular burger. The tater tots were burnt. None of the stalls are in service. I have to play musical stalls and change at least 3 times before getting one that worked. It’s been like this for over a year that I’ve been going. Hoping it will get better with time or different employees but no. If I could give negative stars I would!!
