I ordered through the app, and added sauces to my order. When I received my order, they werent all in there. I pressed the button and asked Gabby for the rest, in which she said I had to pay for them. I said that I did, and that it was on my receipt. Gabby angrily responded that she would send out her manager. I replied that I didn’t understand why there was a problem, but okay. The manager comes out, does not give me her name, and looks extremely angry. Her voice is shaky with anger as she tells me that no, I didnt pay for them. She then angrily starts explaining the app/sauce they’re allowed to give out policy. I cut her off because to be quite honest, it’s not that big of a deal. I don’t care too much about the app letting me add more sauces than they’re allowed to give. What I care about is how rude, angry, and ready for a fight the staff was. I asked a simple question, why arent all the sauces I ordered in my bag. But they wanted to come fight me about it in person so bad that I just left upset. I will not be coming back to this location. The food looks great though!

Go in at 7:38 PM on a Wednesday, 2 other cars there. Order 2 strawberry sundaes. Don’t get them until 7:55. Great service, what about “out the door in under 4”? I mean come on, seriously? It was honestly a mistake going to this store. The Robinson location has it figured out, yall apparently don’t. Thanks.

Morning breakfast stop with my husband was fantastic at this location! (Not my usual) the employee was so sweet and got the order out quick and super fresh! I also forgot to order syrup she quickly brought me out one and when explained how the app made changes with order sauces that way good to know!

Although prompt and courteous. They can not seem to get a simple order correct in the morning used to come here for years on my way to work. Lately over the past 6 months (maybe 5 visits for) they cannot seem to get my simple order correct. I always order a super sonic breakfast burrito no onion. The past 2 times it came with what seems like a large handful of onions, the time before that was just a regular burrito, the time before that was with onions and no jalapenos. Absolutely ridiculous in terms of listening to your customers needs.

Very unprofessional management. Terrible service. The gentleman at the windows was a wonderful person and did everything correctly. The food was made incorrectly and when I asked what they would be able to do for me they said I had to come back and they will remake it. That’s fine except I don’t have time on my lunch to go to sonic twice and they refused to refund me for any amount of my order saying they will remake it later if I came back. I don’t want sonic for dinner and lunch I just wanted lunch. I asked if I could come by tomorrow for compensation and was told by the store manager that she will not honor anything after today and refused to refund me anything even if I came back same day. So I either have to eat sonic twice the same day or just accept that they can give me anything out of that windows regardless of my order and I just have to accept it? This has to be the worst sonic in the area with absolutely atrocious management. I will never return to this sonic.

Corporate Sonic apparently changed the app so half price drinks are a reward instead of standard. So you can’t have any other reward with it. Shrinkflation right when things are getting more expensive.
Workers are always fantastic and friendly and awesome.

I’m a fan of sonic, but the app was acting up and wouldn’t let me check in and so when I arrived I called the phone number. The lady who picked up was mad that I called that number and was VERY rude.
The girl who bought out my order was really nice but really put off by the first girl.

They always take forever, first of all.
Secondly, I ordered two of the same drinks and one came out terrible. I don’t want to have to go back to your restaurant for you to get it right especially when it’s just a drink, and it inconveniences me, having to go back to request it be done correctly.

I’ve been here several times as it’s on my way to work. The last two have been very bad, as far as the quality. My breakfast burrito wasn’t made correctly and had no meat. I went for dinner and order two burgers and one of them the meat was very hard and chewy, and I ordered large fries and they weren’t filled up all the way.
I tried to talk to a general manager about my issues, she’s like “what do you want me to do?” Lol. They need to take some customer service training.
