the service after 6 sucks. literally almost everytime i their buy food after 6 it takes almost 45 minutes for our food to come out and the chances of your order being the complete opposite of what you’ve asked for is higher than not. made the mistake of not checking first before i got home and they didnt get even a quarter of the food i asked for.

Ordered a pretzel with cheese, a burger plain, and a wrap no tomato on 2/15/26 at 11:45. What I received was no cheese, a burger with everything on it, and a wrap with tomatoes. Normally I would just say someone messed up but messing up on everything we ordered really screams I dont care about customer service! Do better!

Food is always hot and tasty from this location. I’ve only sent food back once but I think it was because of an intercom issue they didn’t hear my customizations. I hate being that person, but they were very friendly and apologetic about it. No complaints here!

I have been to this sonic about 3 times in the past 2yrs.
Aways hoping things would change,but no.
Today I stopped about 2pm ordered a double smash burger,when I got it home and looked at it I was upset,all the meat that was hanging out from the bun was dried out. I know it had been made long ago,it even smells funny.
I’m done,someone had over made smashed burgers and gest put it off to the side.

They constantly mess up your order. Seriously worst sonic ever. Have lived in gravette for over 4 years. Just terrible to screw up as many orders as we have ordered. Tonight was the last time. Will not ever spend another dime there!!!!!!

I have spoken to the manager numerous times to let them know about the food quality, temperature, how their employees disrespect the food. My last order because I order ahead and I pick it up I only live down the street I had two hamburgers which fit on the bottom of the bag side by side it takes up the bag I had ordered the crinkle cup french fries which this is the third time I’ve ordered them and this is the third time they have been cold not even under the heat lamp they were cold and also they were not even in the box I ordered a medium they just dumped the french fries in the bag and threw the box in the bag and there was not enough french fries in that bag to fill the medium box because I dumped him out to see just how much french fries was in there also I ordered the fried pickles I got five of them and again was not even in the container was just thrown in the bag they don’t pay attention to the order so before you leave always check to make sure you have the correct order I would not recommend this Sonic I use another Sonic and the employee at that Sonic lives in town here and was asked to work at this Sonic and left and went back to where they are now because they said if you saw what went on inside how they treat the food and just the goings-on she would not work here and she said she wouldn’t eat from the Sonic either and I’ve told the manager this more than once and it basically seems to be after 4:00 p.m. so it’s the night shift according to the manager and it also seems that they can’t keep managers every time you ask for a manager you get somebody different and when you say what happened to so-and-so that was the manager I spoke to they’re no longer here so personally I would not recommend this Sonic I would rather drive to centerton or Bella Vista to go to Sonic or McDonald’s then go to the Sonic that’s right down the street from my home and I must stress this is my personal opinion
