Went to sonic today after a long day in the hospital and just wanted some good food that I didn’t have to cook. They filled my large ‘tater tot’ 1/3 full of fries at the bottom and covered it with tots like they ran out and just didn’t want to make more, they were cold and hard. My burger had onions and the repeated back to me no onions.. I’m so upset I could cry. I’m growing human, and it is so upsetting to get cold, gross and wrong food when your pregnant and emotions are high. The guy who brought out my order was kind and helpful, so I give service 5 starts but the rest was awful.

The food here is great but their prices are too high for a couple. The wife and I had 2 large diet cherry limeade, 2 junior burgers and 2 tots for a grand total of over $21 bucks , you can eat at Black Bear Diner in Fayetteville for about the same price and your sitting in a/c with no flies to battle. Plus you get veterans discount at Black Bear.

Ordered a water and waited almost 5 minutes when there was no one in drive thru and maybe 4 other cars. I ended up pulling from the stall to the drive thru to get my water. Then the lady was very rude and when I said I’ve been waiting on a water for almost 5 minutes she said hold on then came back and said it’s actually closer to 3 minute and handed me my water and slammed the window.

We asked the person at the drive through if you had a hot fudge brownie sundae. He said yes. We ordered two. Between both so called brownie sundaes we were able to find 7 little pea sized chunks of what could possibly identified as brownies.
What is the matter with you people? Why?
This is musleading and false advertising.
You can get a brownie sundae at Braums that actually has a brownie in it for less money.

Strangest experience on Father’s Day.
We arrived around 8:30 am. There were only a couple of cars in the lot in the back. All of the blinds were closed. By listed hours it was suppose to be open so we pulled up to the speaker and someone spoke, in a whisper. It was obviously a whisper and not a faulty speaker. It was weird so we left.

Place went downhill FAST. We got two double cheeseburgers and got single patty cheeseburgers. My wife had no fries, just an empty fry container. Burgers are super dry and cold. Shame.

Okay I am usually a just fix it and we are good. But this has been an issue for a while. And then my last order… 8 cheeseburgers and 2 wraps shoved (and I mean it was all squished) into 1 bag. And the topping of it. My route44 tea was flavored sugar water. The quality of service is why I left the service industry. You are being paid for your service at least take pride in your work.
