Stopped by on a hot afternoon to get a free slushy. Daughter had a sonic drink poker chip. I asked the lady what flavors, as my daughter had said she wanted mango (available) but wound up choosing blackberry. We went through the drive through. Service was prompt. The slushy was delicious. She sipped it all the way home and still had some to gloat then share with her siblings. I tried some, it was a good blackberry flavor.
The server was friendly and the drink was good. The only down side is the traffic there in the afternoon–you basically can only get into or out of here of you are heading towards Fayetteville, otherwise good luck! However. Let’s be honest here, the traffic and turn lanes and congestion is not Sonic’s fault. And a cool drink definitely makes the stoplights more tolerable.
Would visit again.

Food was good. Chicken bites cooked well. When I’ve ordered a large fry with extra onion at other Sonic locations they usually put it on an eatable paper tray but the fries came in a basket with the onion on the side. I had to split the fry basket in half in order to eat the fries like I normally do. Had I been eating in my car this wouldn’t have worked.

The workers are nice but my orders are consistently wrong or just made so lazily it’s not even what I ordered. EG today got the trick or treat shake and nothing was blended in like the item is described in menu, I got a cup of vanilla ice cream with a couple pieces of candy stuck into the top. Also paid extra for peanut butter… they literally put a teeny blob of PB on top and called it good :/ :(((

Been here often. It’s nearby. But sometimes the lack of food is astounding. Maybe 2 Tb of meat.
Since I eat extremely little bread this isn’t a meal for me.
I asked about if it’s a measured amount and over the speakerphone they said no that’s the amount that comes on it ,they scoop an amount on there. Didn’t even come out to look at it.
Then my husband got the tater tots that have meat on it and supposed to have cheese and barbecue sauce and all that. Again just not half the food at early is .
I think a manager needs to be checking the kids out more or something.
Really bad service some nights.
I give decent reviews MOST of the time. Not every night but often enough.

I enjoy sonic and get it like once a week, and everytime i order a pretzel no salt with cheese sauce. this is the 4th time ive gotten my order with no cheese sauce☹️ i cant eat a dry pretzel with no sauce and i shouldnt have to go back to sonic everytime im missing sauce.

They constantly say the order is on the way and then you wait 5-10 minutes for your food. I ordered a grape slushy with nerd candy, yet no candy and almost no flavor (picture attached).

Ordered a small mozzarella stick and when I got home I realized there were only two chicken fingers in the bag. I called the store and asked if there was anyway they could replace the mozzarella sticks as well as upgrade the size since I would have to drive all the way back to fix their mistake. The woman refused to do anything other than simply replace the small sticks or issue a refund. I live 15 minutes away so I feel they should’ve tried harder to fix their own mistake.

I just ordered a shake at the drive-thru. When I pulled up to the window to pay I handed the young woman cash. She asked, “Will you be wanting that changed back today?” I didn’t understand why she would even ask, so my response was delayed. She asked me the same question again and I told her “Yes, I do want my change!”
If I go to a restaurant where I receive service from an employee who is paid less than minimum per hour, of course I tip generously. But I don’t expect to be hustled for a tip at Sonic in Farmington, Arkansas. This is not Las Vegas for goodness sake!!
I will not return to Sonic if this is SOP.

Pulled up and parked. I don’t know if the drive-through is faster or not but naturally it took over 10 minutes to get the food but the waiter was real nice and the card reader didn’t work but I’m gonna give it five stars because my girlfriend loves going to sonic and I love her.
