It’s clean and the server was sweet. They have good ice cream and i like their strawberry cream blushes. However, I tried their new creamy mustard chicken wrap and there was a lot to be desired. The flavor or the sauce was good, but the chicken in it was tough and the tortilla was chewy in not a good way.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to warrant one. During a recent visit to the Sonic drive-through at dinner time, I could clearly hear a young employee in the background yelling, “Oh my God, I have to [obscenity] cook that now,” after my order was placed. This was unprofessional and uncomfortable to hear as a customer.
Despite the comment about the food being “just cooked,” everything we received was both cold and burnt, which was confusing and unacceptable. There was only one other car present, so it did not appear to be busy. Every drink was also extremely watered down and lacked any flavor.
At the window, the employee assisting us repeatedly rolled her eyes, which added to the overall negative experience. Customer service should not feel disrespectful or dismissive. If employees are unhappy in their roles, it should not be taken out on customers.
I hope management addresses these issues, as this location could greatly improve with better professionalism and attention to food quality.

Absolutely horribly, slow service. 50 cars will get through the drive through before anyone even answers the button from stalls. People who park in stalls still want to tip for service, but drive through is catered to. I don’t get it.

I added onions to my chili cheese coney and asked for extra onion. They loaded that bad boy up! Could barely see anything but onion and bun. Just how I want it. The mint will do nothing for my breath after this coney. I would give them more than 5 stars on everything if I could.

Reopening…thought YES!!! Finally!!! But HUGE disappointment. The grilled cheese was smaller than usual, and the edges were hard! The mozzarella sticks weren’t even hot and oh goodness…the onion rings. I don’t know where to begin. The batter just fell off – the onions themselves were raw…and kind of slimy. I couldn’t even eat them. I’m still tasting it after hours. I won’t be going back for a LONG time!!!

Family was in town visiting and never had sonic before so they were excited to try it. Got home was missing our fries for the 3 combo meals we ordered. We were bummed and disappointed that this represented our sonic experience. It wasn’t busy and the person that took our order was really nice. I’m sure it can be hard to keep a positive mindset with food Industry. Someone should insure quality checking bags after the effort was made to make. Best of luck to future customers!

Don’t give this place your business. Your order will probably take awhile and will be wrong once you finally receive it. Upper management does nothing for their employees. They only care about their revenue. An employee was assaulted by a customer while working, and they did nothing about it. They fired the employee and wouldn’t even give them camera footage of the assault happening. Go to McDonald’s across the street and you’ll still get better service than this place.
