Its sonic. Most locations are fairly consistent. I feel like the burgers have changed over the years and are just not the same, but there new smash burgers are not bad. I have always liked there broad selection of items on the menu. This location never gets my order wrong

I ordered a Hand-Mixed Master Shake Oreo Cheesecake and REESE’S peanut butter, a vanilla shake, and a M&M Blast. I received a crumb of Oreo, with chunks of nut in a vanilla ice cream with no peanut butter or cheesecake flavor let alone reeses at all. The vanilla shake was fine, because it doesnt overwhelm staff with one simple ingredient when they’re completely empty in the parking lot. The M&M Blast contained PLENTY of Oreos! Although Oreos weren’t even asked for it. So guess what they do when I ask for a small tiny cup of crushed Oreos, they deny my request and say a substantial amount was put in. Are you sure about that? But they completely replace the whole M&M Blast that had oreos in it like that would be a bad thing?

TL;DR
Terrible attitudes; Poor customer satisfaction; Slow service; Poor management; Customers do not come first even though it was proven management was in wrong; You get paid way more than people who scrub vomit and feces off of floors in schools. Do better and care about your establishment and it’s guests!!!

Had two employees give attitude looks at me for no reason while waiting on my drink and neither of them delivered my drink to me, a guy employee gave me my drink and he was sweet. One girl was a regular cast member with brown hair and wearing black capri’s leggings gave me two attitude looks through the glass window door and coming back from delivering an order and the other dressed in all black with brown hair gave one look walking to an car. I’m guessing they thought I was someone they thought they knew but doesn’t give you a reason to act like that to people you don’t know

Had a good experience using the app & had super quick service, drinks were perfect, and Kole was extra gracious & awesome despite me forgetting to have cash for a tip. (Psst, Sonic, it would be so helpful if folks (like me who rarely remembers to carry cash) using the app could have the option to add in a tip if they so wish!)

This place sucks.! I asked for simple cheese fries and this gummy dry mess is what they gave me.! A melted slice of cheese instead of nacho cheese.! What a joke.! I’m so mad because I haven’t ate all day and wanted to treat myself to cheese fries and this is what I got what a disappointment I wasnt even tripping that the customer service was lacking but when I got my food it was garbage just throw the whole place away.! Will not be back.! Should have followed my first mind and went else where.!

I had made an online order and I pulled up to the mobile order stall and checked in. It took 10 minutes for someone to come out and give me my order. When the lady came out she looked at me and went to everyone else then proceeded to give me my order last. I had been there and checked in before the other costumers. Then I got my drink and it was the worst drink ever! I had gotten a strawberry limeade, as per usual, and it was completely watered down, had no taste to it at all, and there were hardly no strawberries. This was the absolute worst experience at Sonic I have ever had.

So me and the boys love Sonic, especially happy hour, because who doesn’t love paying less money for the same thing. I can be whenever I want. That’s really isn’t that bad and it just takes a little practice is probably the easiest way to describe it. You can pick your location in your general ETA and once you get there you type in your stall number so they know where to deliver it. It’s also really nice if you have multiple people in the car allowing you time to enter your order from multiple people and multiple different ways without having to try and recite the exact order on a possibly sketchy microphone. Then you just send it in.
So why one star if we like it so much!
They are advertising false flavors, getting our hopes up. My boys and I rolled up to order some slushies or drinks after a hot bike ride only to find out that the pineapple, as displayed in the picture and pointed out to staff, was not available. Not only was it not available, they said it hadn’t been at their facility for about a year but they are still blatantly advertising it as an option. Mind you this is on the digital screen which could have been edited in an hour or less, but a year later it’s still there. Anyways I moved on and picked a different flavor. The next one was the sour apple, which again is listed in the picture not once but twice. We were told that they were no longer going to carry that flavor but luckily enough for us this particular Sonic had a little bit left and happily filled our order.
If you as a business advertise something, you should make sure you actually sell it @sonic #sonic #sonicdrivein. That’s like going to Waffle House and they don’t have any waffles only burgers or chicken even though waffles is in the name and on the menus.
So sonic, if you’re listening, please fix your menus or stock the cupboard.
