We pulled in and ordered online and gave the stall number we were parked in. After 15 minutes I had to go to the walk up board and ask for our order. It was sitting inside on a tray. The car hop brought out 3 coupons for free corn dogs.

First time at this Sonic and undoubtedly will be my last, too. Let’s admit that Sonic is the most overpriced fast food option that’s a hit or miss on food quality and if this visit will be a quick one or a good 30 minutes.
The female at this location took my order well mannered and politely, but the kitchen was incorrect I guess at reading what the order input was. She repeated the order back and I confirmed the screen was correct. Order came to me wrong, and I was charged double for an add on item, just ended up not getting it at all on my item ($3 and change). The chili was old, kind of like it had been exposed for a while (wherever chili is kept at) and it was lukewarm at best. The outside of the store and parking/stall areas were cleaned and maintained.

Ordered 2 chilly cheese conies not the foot longs. The order taker gave us the price for the foot longs. We tried to tell her but silence. We waited a few then buzzed in again. After a long wait we finally got to explain that we had ordered the regular cheese conies. Then silence she never told us a new price or said anything further. So we waited and waited hoping for the best. We decided to leave when we realized there was only one other car there and this wasn’t because they were busy. Really bad service actually no service.

Well I can say that there are some Sonic’s that are better and some Sonic’s that aren’t so good. I will say this one in Green Forest is right in the middle. The breakfast burrito and coffee were cold but the onion rings were made fresh. The first drive in stall was out of order and the second one the carhop came to my car and took my order which she had to come back and make clarification of the options to the breakfast burrito but she was nice and as professional as to be expected. So with that being said it’s a role of the dice on this Sonic.

Ordered ahead via the app, only had to wait a few minutes for the food, but I guess the server was having a bad day, cause she just walked up handed me the food and walked away and never said a word. I guess a $1 tip on a $6 bill doesn’t rate a greeting.

Clean parking lot, plenty of room to comfortably drive our F-250 in and around the back side to the drive-thru (we didn’t even have to fold in our mirrors!); friendly service, and only a short wait (but for freshly made fries, a double cheeseburger, and some chicken tenders, it was understandable– AND appreciated! ).
The order was accurate, and everything tasted great. The only downside was that I wasn’t asked if I wanted any dipping sauce– and then I FORGOT to ask them, lol. ♀️
***Oh, and if you’ve never been here, you should know that after ordering at the speaker, you drive forward til you get to the DOOR (there is no drive-thru window ) and then someone will come out to collect your payment.
