0 stars if I could. Rude, slow, and Manager Brooklyn was “too busy” (with open stalls) to honor the $2 promo you have for not being offered the sides, that’s fine. But I came back to get a bag of ice and since we were camping and already at Sonic – every Sonic I’ve been to sells bags of ice – except Mtn. View?

They need to fix their speakers it’s hard to communicate. They thought we ordered something that we didn’t, and we had to get out of our car and correct the order.
They should put up your receipt so you can view your order. The only reason we caught the mistake was because of the total she gave us for our two milkshakes. Love Sonic, a great place to eat every now and then.

Got my food I said hello to the carhop she faced her back to me, could bearly hear her, and she handed me my food and said have a good day, didn’t even wait for me to ask for anything. I’ve been a crew leader what ever happened to making sure they say “hi im blank, I’ll be your carhop today” she didn’t even smile or anything, and this is my first time coming here, don’t think I will again due to this though, atmosphere and service is what makes people come back.

Went here to get a bite to eat. Got the popcorn chicken meal and the whole entree was nothing but hard pieces. Not chicken but hard bread pieces. Will never go here again while visiting.

Ordered tater tots / got old greasy ff/cheese. So I asked if I could change my order to Southwest fries and pay the difference. They politely said of course. So they brought back the old greasy fries and added the rest. You could literally pick up the fries in one piece. I’m very disappointed in the food service part but very pleased in the customer service. Class act by them. Thank you.

Fries were so cold, hard and salty that I literally threw them away. I asked for a medium shake and got a mini. All 3 shakes were melted and the whip cream was gross. Waste of money and will never be back to this sonic.

What’s happened to cherry limades not having cherries or limes in them anymore? MV is the only place where I never recieve these in my drink anymore. It’s on my order when I place it. ♀️ Otherwise, I’m being charged extra for a sprite that’s just got cherry added. It would be cheaper to order as a cherry sprite since I don’t get an actual cherry limade.

Don’t get anything that involves peanut butter. It’s apparently rancid. I got a milkshake there that tasted horrible. I let them know and ordered a different flavor. The oreo one was good but I had to pay for both.
