Something is always wrong with every order. Every single order. I trusted them today and didnt check my bag, when I got home… of course. Staff cuts off timers so they dont get hit with poor performance and it makes it so window people cant see what you ordered. If they dont memorize it fast enough, you get messed up. Those teenagers NEVER remember.

Got a crispy chicken dinner, and what I got was three tiny pieces of chicken, barely more than nuggets. I work in food service and know that what I got was the tiny pieces in the bottom of the bag that the cooks where too lazy to get proper portions. The bbq popcorn chicken was also very hard and rubbery. Unfortunately by the time I checked my order I was already home and too late to go back.

The food is usually good and the employees are nice. I love that you can buy bags of their ice. Also that they have new things to try a lot! Their Blackout Slush Float was one of the best I’ve ever had, but it was a limited time only for the Great North American Eclipse.
