Ordered a 3 piece crispy tender dinner with gravy. Gravy was missing. The fries were clearly old and there were only a handful of them. The steak bacon grilled cheese my husband got was very poorly made with all the meat, which wasn’t much, on one side of the sandwich and the bread very askew. Expected more.

Usually, whoever brings our food out is always awesome, but whoever is back there cooking my food is always messed up. Too salty to eat, missing something, literally they never read tickets, I’m sure. However, I will say that they are always, and I mean ALWAYS, willing to make it right and fix it. The only reason they still have my service.

It’s kinda hit or miss here…. Recommend somewhere else if possible. Not sure why, but every time the wife and I order tater tots, they are always old and grease soaked, usually not hot at all. Maybe day shift is better but the night crew is awful.

Ordered over 20$ worth of food sausage egg and cheese toaster was burnt cheese Coney looked like it had chilli and cheese but was reposed due to a failure to appear. Onion rings we’re on point though .

Fast service and Freshly made hot food. It would be nice however if they included all of the menu items on the actual menu instead of the screen that changes every few seconds. It makes it very confusing to know what they have if it’s new.

Better than most Sonics in my opinion. Typically the service is good and the carhops are friendly and patient. Very small town feel and always a pleasure to visit. Only two complaints: have had some very unenthusiastic interactions with the staff (not rude just very devoid of life.) On the lower end of cleanliness and some of the outdoor menus are broken a bunch. So far nothing that would stop me from coming back. Thanks Sonic crew!
