The last 2 visits, no lettuce on my burger at all. This time it’s burnt and about 5 flecks of lettuce if I look hard. My husband’s was burnt, with mustard that wasn’t requested. Hamburger should not have the consistency of beef jerky!

Ok location, a few times I’ve ordered that food hasn’t been fresh. Also, all the speakers are garbage, EVERY time I’ve gone here the employees can’t hear what your saying so you have to bellow at them so they can here.

I like the recent updates to this location. I don’t eat here anymore…. I find it to be overpriced & poor quality. I do regularly purchase their ice. The staff have always been friendly & accommodating. The speaker systems do not work well, so communication can be difficult.

Every single time I come to this place, my order is messed up. Today was the latest example. I ordered two plain double bacon cheeseburgers. The boy asked if I wanted junior burgers. I clearly said NO JUNIOR! He gives me a total and I pull up and pay. The girl brings me a tiny bag and I promptly told her that had to be wrong. Sure enough the boy rang it up as junior burgers. So, I had to sit and wait for my order after them recharging my debit card. I told her before I left that they need to do better. Something like this happens every time I go here.

Ordered a 3 piece crispy tender dinner with gravy. Gravy was missing. The fries were clearly old and there were only a handful of them. The steak bacon grilled cheese my husband got was very poorly made with all the meat, which wasn’t much, on one side of the sandwich and the bread very askew. Expected more.

Better than most Sonics in my opinion. Typically the service is good and the carhops are friendly and patient. Very small town feel and always a pleasure to visit. Only two complaints: have had some very unenthusiastic interactions with the staff (not rude just very devoid of life.) On the lower end of cleanliness and some of the outdoor menus are broken a bunch. So far nothing that would stop me from coming back. Thanks Sonic crew!

Fast service and Freshly made hot food. It would be nice however if they included all of the menu items on the actual menu instead of the screen that changes every few seconds. It makes it very confusing to know what they have if it’s new.
