Took my nephew to get dinner the service was fast but food was cold and tater tot’s not cooked long enough his chicken sandwich looked terrible the food has really changed last few time I have eat there it was my go to place for good hamburger.

My wife and I drove to sonic after a bad experience at the KFC/Taco bell across the street. Service was fast. But I found that the speed of service sacrificed quality of product. I ordered the all American hot dog and it seemed sparse on toppings.

They can’t seem to get our food right during dinner time this isn’t the first time it has happened. (SOMEONE WAS CARRYING AROUND A BABY IN THE KITCHEN AREA) and messed up 2 of our orders back to back (we would have had only one order if they would’ve gotten the first order correct) so we had to place 2 orders!!! Bad experiences, they told me I need to bring the little cheeseburger back that they put in my order to replace the burger meal that I paid for…$15 for a cup of ice, cheese sticks, & a little burger? (it was supposed to be a double bacon cheeseburger meal) I’m not able to because I can’t drive at the moment due to recent surgery and had three little kids that are tired and my burger was cold by the time I got ready to eat it & the manager on duty says is that all you need because I can’t do anything for you and I kindly explained why I couldn’t & she laughed at the situation, it’s ok corporate will take care of it

Just last week I ordered the ultimate meat and cheese burrito. Got home and after several bites realized they had forgotten the bacon and zesty cheese sauce. The manager was nice enough to take my name for a free one. Tonight we ordered our food and about 12 minutes later the screen said our food was on the way. 10 minutes go by and we had not received our food yet so we buzzed back in and asked about it. They told us they were going to find out what the deal was. Another 7 minutes go by before a carhop comes out with our food. The milkshake had clearly sat on the counter for several minutes as it was runny. All of our food was barely warm. And everyone knows how cold tater tot’s taste. Not to mention all three “chicken tenders” fit in my palm. They were as long as my hand is wide. Roughly 3 inches in length. That’s more like an oversized chicken nugget. I can’t believe that’s what we got for $30. I haven’t taken a sip of my drink yet but I’m going to bet it’s already watered down since our order clearly sat on the counter for 15-20 minutes before being brought to us. They didn’t apologize for the wait. Offer to recook our order because of their mistake. Nothing.

They have some serious staffing issues and need to quickly get something fixed. Even using the app does not help to speed things up. I love Sonic, but I will drive to Jonesboro until something is better at Trumann. I can drive to Stadium Sonic get an order and get back to Bay faster than I got my order last Sunday.
