So I pull into the drive through and after 5 mins no one responded through the speaker. So I pulled up to the window. The employees litterally acted like they didn’t see or hear me honking lol. After about 5 mins someone came to the window. I told her I had been waiting and no one answered the speaker. She took my order right there. After about another 10 mins they came to the window. These sandwiches are about 7 dollars a piece now and check this out. Crumbs for bacon on all 4 sandwiches. On top of that, I ordered the same thing everytime I come to sonics. I’m pretty sure what ever seasoning is typically on the sandwiches normally didn’t make the cut this time. These sandwiches taste so plain … 33 dollars gone just like that. It just seems like all the fast food restaurants have completely fallen off.
Update: I recieved a call from one of the laides (I’m guessing a manager). She said they couldn’t give me a refund and offered a free smasher combo, not even to remake the messed up order. I declined. That will be my last time wasting money here. The lady who called never looked at my receipt, or even knew what I had ordered. She clearly had me cnfused for someone else. I reached back out to sonics to have the store manager give me a call so I could sort it out with him. He never called. So much for making it right.

I’m a regular at the sonic on Hilltop. I’ve always had a great experience there. Yesterday I got two chicken strip sandwiches, I ate one on the way to my moms house in Paragould. Today I grabbed the other one to eat it and there was a brown dirty broken finger in my lettuce and cheese! I literally lost my mind especially since I had already eaten half of the sandwich. My stomach is still turning. Please excuse the chewed up food as I instantly spit it all out. One of the pics shows me pointing at the fingernail.

Ordered my favorite Sonic blast, ice cream was spoiled, they offered to make me another one, why would I want another blast with spoiled ice cream?! They’ll never get my money again in life. It’s a bad experience every time I go to this one. The foods too expensive for mess up so frequently.

Good drinks during happy hour and you can get them half price using the mobile app. The issue I have run into recently is placing a mobile order, then showing up, checking in, and it taking 20 minutes to get my order. It’s only happened a couple of times but it’s not an issue I’ve had at other locations. Hopefully that gets cleared up quickly.

Just came through the drive through and ordered two super double bacons, the meats smells old. Its a strong smell… it made me feel nauseous.
Update: I called them and they said that there meat is fresh and there was nothing wrong with it. He said if I brought my receipt they would give me a replacement…. Like I dont want a replacement. That meat litterally smelled like old bologna. It was like nothing I said to the guy on the phone got through to him. There is something seriously wrong with that meat. There is no way they cant smell that. We are currently feeling very ill (just a couple hours later)
Update: we ended up extremely ill. Very dizzy nauseous, weak, and heart palpitations which was very odd. Avoid like the plague.

Very poor service the car-hop who had purple hair that brought out our food acted like she did not even wanna be there…. The cups were basically only half full of soda. When I mentioned something to the car-hop thinking she would offer to at least take them in to fill them up….She looked at me and with a hateful look said “is there anything else I can help with???” The Ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burritos that we ordered had almost no egg on them one had an overload of burnt overcooked bacon and no sausage and the other lots of egg, quite a bit of sausage and no bacon at all…… This was an online order through the app, I still ended up waiting for a great deal of time and then to be rude to by a kid who acted as if I had done something wrong was just over the top!!!! I use Sonic all the time, just not sure I could go back to this one and give them another chance at being rude and screw up my order….

Got the new pickle fries and tots at 3 locations. Kinda weak on the second one but here they barely put any seasoning on and there wasn’t very many fries or tots. For the extra cost they should be right.

Had to throw my entire meal away. I told her that I think they gave me a kids meal instead of the chicken strip plate because of how small the strips are. She took them back then lied like she replaced them but they were the exact same one’s . The picture literally makes them look a decent size, but I promise you it’s wayyy smaller. Then I tasted it n it literally taste like the chicken strips right out the Walmart bags.

Not sure what the availability of sonic mechanics are, but this location’s ice cream Blast machine has been broken for at least 2 months…. I mean come on Sonic, don’t turn into McDonald’s with the forever broke ice cream machine….. all my son ever asks for, as far as fast food goes, is an Oreo Blast! GEEZ!, fix your machine already!!!
