The best location by far in Jonesboro. Great service fresh cooked to order food.Try the new smash burgers they are the best by far.a little pricey for fast food but very doable. Atmosphere was great due to nice weather outside.

If you’re in a hurry go somewhere else. I tried to order from there about a month ago, was told someone would take my order shortly..after about 10 minutes I left !!!
Tried again yesterday, After I ordered I waited 17 minutes for a chicken tenders combo & had to flag down a carhop & ask her how much longer it was gonna be until I received my order. Within a minute or two she brought my order out.
It Does NOT take that long to cook those tiny chicken tenders !!! This is the ONLY Sonic That has taken more than 7 or 8 minutes to fill that order. I WON’T be back !!!

Management isn’t intelligent enough to keep food items in stock. If you run out of onion rings consistently every weekend, you should probably be smart enough to add a few cases to your truck order. Mistakes happen but every weekend out of this out of that. Pathetic planning

Typical Sonic but it is a little older than other ones in town. This one does not have a drive thru but you can use the app to order and have it ready and get drinks at half price. The service isn’t bad but can be slow at times. It can get crowded after school let’s out since it is near 2 of schools. Not a bad fast food joint.

Well, I ordered a Strawberry Lemonade with extra strawberry…. And got a limeade with almost no strawberry in it. Talk about a major disappointment!! Regularly get messed up orders here, but is convenient when across the street at the laundromat. But guess gonna have to give up on it.

I ordered a plain number 2 meal and this is how I received it. Completely disappointed and disgusted. I can’t even make myself eat it and I am not a picky eater at all. It’s got nasty almost black grease all over the place and my buns are completely soggy.

Paid for extra bacon on sandwich, got two half-slices, asked for a side of bacon, kitchen wouldn’t give the carhop bacon and manager did not help, carhop had to go get my extra bacon herself.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken looked mostly raw. It wasn’t pink but it had the same texture as raw chicken. Could not finish it.

Every time I come they mess up my order no matter what it is this time they literally forgot me outside for about 20-25 min n I just had milkshake they apologized n brought me the same melted milkshakes that had been sitting for 20 plus min n had an attitude when I ask them to be remade n then I had to wait another 5-10 min for them to bring my remake shakes back they told me they are supposed to be thin bc they are milkshakes n i will never come back again to any sonic at all I’ve had enough poor service n it just keeps getting worse
