I went here for lunch and ordered a chicken strip wrap with a side of ranch and mozzarella sticks with a side of marinara. Both on the app. When I got my food and checked my order, the ranch wasn’t there. I asked for my ranch, and the person over the intercom said it was 25 cents. I told them I ordered it on the app. It was on my receipt. They refused to bring it unless I would pay the 25 cents. They have NEVER charged me for that before. It would be one thing if they charged me on the app, but to just not give me my ranch and try and charge me for it afterwards is nonsense. I used to come here quite often. Now I won’t be.

I love gettin round to all the places who offer Fish Sandwiches durin Lent. This Sonic did a really GOOD one! The fish itself was that perfect crispy crust! However they only use a mayo, not a tarter. Which is ok bc I dont eat the bun. Their lettuce looked good, not brown/wilty like others. Kosher pickles(rather have dill) but thats ok2, the fish was 2GooD

Typical Sonic location with the menu that you would find at any other location. Good drink deals during happy hour but you can receive it all day by ordering on the app. The service is usually quick and they have plenty of spaces available for customers and a few benches and seats if you want to eat outside your vehicle.

I took off a star because it is located on a busy street so entering and exiting can be time consuming. This location does not have a drive-thru either, like many of the newer locations. Still, not a bad restaurant for fast food.

So I like y’all a lot. I’ve been coming there a long time now with my app orders and I’ve always gotten the sauces I order. No one delivers my food and tells me to then pay for my sauces. I don’t care if places start charging for sauces, but have someone tell me when they deliver the food. Don’t let me get all the way home to see that they aren’t in there and come back only for my food to get cold. It’s not my fault if your app doesn’t charge for sauces. If it’s a company policy thing, then get them on top of that. The point of an app order is not to order on the app with all your food and condiments and then arrive to be told you must do a separate onsite transaction for the condiments you put in your order. I know restaurants themselves might not be able to do anything with the app, but my suggestion is someone who talks to I guess corporate get in touch with them about the app not charging for sauces if it’s supposed to. I still like y’all though. Im just not going to keep doing this whole app order and then second onsite transaction to get the sauces in my mobile app order. Thank you to the employee who thought that situation was ridiculous and went and got me my sauces even though I was willing to pay.

Ordered a #2 with tots, a coke witt easy ice. I also asked for a cup of ketchup and bbq sauce one may burger.

What I got was a #2, fries, no ketchup, and a nugget container of bbq sauce. Fine, ill have fries, thats not a big deal. I flagged down a car hop and asked for a cup of ketchup. She goes inside and brings out a bunch of packs. I asked, again, for ketchup in a cup. She goes back inside and brings out a cup with about 1 pack’s worth of ketchup in it.

At this point, I hit the button and ask to speak to the manager. The woman at the other end of the speaker tells me shes busy.

I flag down a car hop and tell her that I need a manager. 10 minutes or so later, Stephanie comes out. I tell her what happened, and she shows zero interest in anything im saying. She goes inside, and gets me lukewarm tots, a cup of bbq sauce, and a cup of ketchup with a whole 2 packs of ketchup in it.

Never, ever, EVER, got to this Sonic.

I ordered a large chili cheese wrap and got a chili cheese fritos pie. the food was good but I wanted the wrap to war while I was driving a d couldnt do that with the other.

Whoever cooks the food here is either not very good at his job, or the owner of the franchise is very stingy with portions. Have had several issues with this specific sonic only.

If you are really in the mood for sonic.. this is not the one to go to.
I went to 4 different stalls before they were able to take my order because half of them weren’t working. 2 other customers pulled up 5-10 minutes after me and were immediately helped. I started to wonder if it was the stall i was at so i went to another one. Waited another 5-10 mins and another customer pulled up and was again helped.
I had to go to 2 other stalls before finally getting my order taken 30 minutes later.
I was only getting food for my girl and she wanted a lot of ranch because it was cheese fries and jumbo popcorn chicken.
I asked if he could give me 5 or 6 ranch because of this unnecessary wait and he said “yea we can do that”
When the carhop brings the food there is no ranch and i asked if she could bring me 5 or 6.
She comes back out with 2 and said id have to pay for extra.
ANY other sonic or establishment would have at least tried to compensate the customer for their wasted time by giving them a few more extra sauces but not this amazing sonic.

Moral of the story: if you had to choose between sharing a 2 day old dumpster burger with some raccoons or going to this sonic… choose the dumpster burger and raccoons every time. Because you’ll get the food quicker and the raccoons will be better company than the manager at this sonic.

I got there 5 minutes before the kitchen closed, server answered my call in. Informed me I had five minutes. In the middle of my order she put me on hold, for exactly 5 minutes and then said the kitchen was closed.
