Just left sonic on red wolf. I ordered a junior burger, mayo tomato lettuce. I specifically said no pickles or ketchup because I know they normally put those things on junior burgers. I got home and they had 7 pickles on my burger. Who even puts 7 pickles on a junior burger even if I wanted pickles that is overkill. That’s how I know it was done on purpose. The lady on the speaker was very rude and rushing me with my order. If they don’t want to work in the service industry then they need to find a different job instead of messing up peoples food that they spend their money on.

Just reviewing this place because this isn’t the first time this location has gotten my order wrong.. but anyways I ordered about the easiest thing possible for them to make… a cheeseburger with mustard only. She not only had me repeat it 3 times (which she repeated back) and she confirmed the order so I know they knew what is was supposed to be. Still yet they bring out a cheeseburger with about every single topping that exists. Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, onions, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce (and probably more but I just couldn’t tell due to all of the other toppings piled on it). I just wanted mustard. HOW HARD IS MUSTARD. I guess next time I’ll order a small water so they will serve me a route 44 cherry coke with extra cherries? Never again.

Let me just say this place is the dumps. Half the stalls don’t work. They’re rude. They take forever. Today was the last time I visit. It’s a rootbeer with cream easy ice people, it shouldn’t take 10 mins to get it. Yoy gave me heavy ice on top of that. Was there EVEN ANY DRINK IN THE FREAKIN CUP? You weren’t even busy. How this place is still in business is beyond me, Oh wait! I know why, idiots like me who are dumb and keep going back out of sheer laziness.

Would have given a 5 star but they always forget my extra extra real cherries in my slush that I pay for.
Update 7/1/23- I got cherry syrup I’m my slush as usual today instead of the real cherries but my service was awesome and quickly fixed it without hesitation! Normally I don’t even ask but today it was extra hot and I really wanted the cherries I paid for. He was super sweet and didn’t mind fixing my drink for me

Great service awesome food! Car hop was extremely friendly, courtesy and helpful. Love the bacon breakfast burrito and route 44 sweet tea. Tot with cheese were on spot.In my experience never had a bad experience at the sonics in jonesboro or Paragould. This Sonic has easy on and off using the stoplight.
