I ordered a simple small m&m blast with whipped topping. First time it came out it had no m&ms… sent it back. Second time it was a truffle nut and I’m HIGHLY allergic to nuts. Third time ice cream is filled to the top with about 10 m&ms and no whipped topping.

Is it just me, or do their drinks taste bitter or off? Their Cokes seem to lack syrup and taste a bit watered down. I’ve complained several times, but nothing has changed. I think I’ll just stop buying their drinks.

They got our order wrong yesterday and overcharged us. The guy that was running it that day was super rude and walked off while I was trying to tell him that they overcharged us. We will never go back there.

They charge me extra for my auto order and can NEVER seem to get it correct. Why charge me for extra cherries and then I find NONE in my cup! I ask for LITE ice and the cup is so jam packed that it’s a brick before I’m even done with my drink, which isn’t long because there’s more ice than anything else. I’m over it and will not be returning.

I do wish white gravy was offered as a side. I like to dip my fries in it!!! The food has always been what I ordered and very good! The carhops in Wynne are always very friendly!

This Sonic is one of the best around! Always smiling faces, polite voices over the speaker, and fast service! The food is always hot and delicious. The shakes are so gooood!! Great place to grab a quick tasty new drink during happy hour!!!

Everything is pretty much just okay. In the past I would’ve given 5 star service, but recently it’s just not the same quality of service it used to be. Sometimes I’ll still get a nice fresh order of food, but 90% of the time it’s either not done enough, barely warm, or so greasy it’s inedible. We have decided to only go for drinks now, but they even messed that up last time. The managers should really look into some of the workers that are cooking peoples food and make sure that quality control is under check
