Placed order online line, it took them 20 minutes to bring “order” out after we arrived. They stated they only had one of the four items ordered… what a joke. I can’t believe Sonic has let this place go to hell like this.
I had trouble last time (about six months ago) we were hoping they had cleaned house by now… Last time we pulled up ordered and waited about 15 to 20 minutes noticing we were skipped being served, we checked on our order and they said we haven’t ordered anything, I let them know we were displeased and the person ran out and told me where I could go. Sonic has hit rock bottom. I miss James T. so much!!!

I just left after waiting for 25 minutes( after having the order in). I ordered one sandwich and was paying with a gift card when they would come out. They never came. Even the name on the screen that was delivering my order disappeared after a while

It’s sonic, no fine dining! Just another usual sonic drive in. You drive you car and wait in one if their spots. You can see the whole range of menu, and decide. Next you press the button and Talk to the person to give the order. Sit back and relax, a person will come with your order. And you pay to them. This is an old fashioned drive in service. However, I never like their food. I took a crispy chicken sandwich. It’s almost 6$! And that’s nothing but over priced!

Stopped in just for 2 ice waters. After waiting 15min, had to reorder. 30mins of my night waisted. But its kinda my fault, should have left after 10min

Made my order through the app as I was pulling in. Checked in and proceeded to wait 25 minutes while other customers who came in after me were served. Asked the car hop about my order, 5 minutes later came out and said that they couldn’t fill my order whole order. So all I received was the Cheddar peppers. Gave me my receipt and said I would have to call a number to get my refund.

Trash bro. They throw the hot dogs in the fryer and you can tell and it’s disgusting. Can’t be healthy. They have yet to figure out how to make a chili dog or read. If you like it however they feel like throwing it in the bag this is your spot.

Pulled up and the 1st few kiosks didn’t work. Moved and had to drive half way around to find one that did work. Ordered online so that didn’t matter that much, but.., checked in, watched the progress on the screen indicate the car hop was on her way and continued to wait, and wait, until I started to think maybe they had a mix up. Pushed the button and the girl said they were still waiting on a food item from the kitchen. 1st why did it say they were on their way if it was still in the kitchen? The car hop wasn’t very friendly. She wasn’t totally rude just indifferent. This wasn’t the worst Sonic experience, but just reinforced my reservations about this particular store.
