I ordered food and I actually sat there almost 15 minutes waiting on my order. After seeing other customers pull up and get their food and leave,I became concerned about that. I pushed the order button again, and I explained that I had been waiting for my order and the same guy that took my order says: “what did you order?”.I told him again and he said it’s on the way after all that? I should have asked for a manager but being hungry and frustrated, I drove off without any food. I always give the carhops a cash tip. I guess I saved $5.00 but no food?

The service was great. They took my order within 30 seconds and about 6 minutes later they where delivering my double bacon cheese burger and fries. The fries came hot but no salt and really bland. The burger wasn’t bad but it also just seemed kinda bland like it was missing something. But I will give them another try soon.

We placed an app order and then arrived and selected our stall. After 15 minutes it said our waiter was on their way. After another 10 minutes, we pushed the button and they said it would be out shortly. After another 10 minutes, I walked to get the food and she was coming out laughing like it was no big deal that we just waited for an incorrect order of 2 flavored waters, Diet Coke, and a cheeseburger for 35 minutes. I will never give this Sonic a tip prior to receiving my order again.

This was my hometown visit, and I always come to the sonic and patronize, but no more poor service and the food was wrong, to the team there work on your customer service. I know I’m only one customer, but customers pay the bills..

Stopped here on my way home. They were out of onion rings and I had placed my order on the sonic app and already paid. The manager came out and apologized and gave me a coupon for a free meal the next time I was in the area. I wasn’t worried about the onion rings. It was nice to see such good customer service at a fast food restaurant.
