At 8:36pm I placed my order on the app while going down the road. I was 18 minutes away. GPS showed I would be able to get there by 8:53, just before they closed at 9pm. I was thankful bc I still had 3.5 hrs left to drive and I really wanted a tea for the ride. I arrived at 8:51 and checked in on the app. Tell me why I still didn’t get my ordered until 9:03.. even after pushing the button bc my info went off screen saying I received it

An hour wait with only 3 other vehicles there and 6 employees working. Manager, Angela, was out talking to one of her friends who pulled up the whole time while everyone in the kitchen was walking around making drinks for themselves (drinking them) and getting our order wrong two times. Absolutely mind blowing. Trust me, just keep on driving to the next exit or something.

We ordered at Forrest city Arkansas through the app today, arrived at 3:52pm our order was showing to be ready at 3:57pm. We sat there til 4:17pm and actually watched an employee leave, we finally drove around to the drive thru and there was no one there. My card has been charged 22.00. ♀️Just ridiculous.

We ordered 3 drinks through the app. Checked in and waited for 15 minutes. I pushed the red button and spoke with a polite lady who told me our drinks would be out in a minute. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I called again and was then told they were out of watermelon flavoring for the slush we ordered. No one came to our car to ask if we wanted a replacement or anything! I guess they just kept waiting for me call back?? I asked for a refund, and a “manager” brought me $2, but not the other 2 drinks we ordered and looked confused when I asked about them. After 30 minutes total of waiting, we left with 2 drinks and $2 cash. NOT the place to go for food or drinks, but at least the people were nice which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars.

The microphone at the drive thru was weak so the girl inside couldn’t understand any of my questions. She was very pretty but impatient. She wished me a nice day. 14 bucks for a pair of cheeseburgers with nothing else.

I just wanted an Oreo Chocolate shake tonight. Got a cup full of vanilla ice cream with some Oreo crumbled on top… after waiting nearly 15 minutes. Fail. Fail. EPIC FAIL. If I had wanted cookies and cream, I’d have asked for it. This is McDonald’s level, weapons grade incompetence.

We stopped in on way back to Oklahoma around 3:30pm ON WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY HOUR!!!! The car hop was friendly and all but not only did we not get our discount for drinks our drink orders was wrong brought a medium for a large and one large drink was wrong drink also. So we was told it was just there machines that messes up at 3pm tgats why we didn’t get our happy hour price even after talking to the car hop and I think wS the manager at the door when we had to take back 2 drinks. Pay attention really close to your orders and check your order. Even shown receipt to back up my story

I can understand being busy and messing up an order, but when there is maybe 7 cars in your lot ordering and you have a drive thru with 2 vehicles I don’t understand how difficult that is. Ordered food my brothers food was fine, I ordered a #3 burger with no ketchup but everything else, they got my order wrong twice. Then proceeded to get my drink order wrong as well. When I asked for the stuff I was originally supposed to have the staff gave me attitude and never gave me the right stuff. They also charged me for stuff that I didn’t even order. Worst experience with a sonic ever. If I’m traveling though again I definitely know not to come here.
