Love their food and they’re very friendly. Only gripe I have is what quite a few fast food joints do which is for some strange reason scraping the last few hard and old fries and serving that rather then just throwing away what is clearly not worth serving and making fresh fries. Especially when everything is so expensive the least you could expect is the food to be on point.

It says on google that you open at 6am. I got there this morning at 6:25am and was told Sonic in Vilonia does not open until 6:30am. I politely said I would wait. I informed my car hop of what Google said and gave her a tip. I was going to leave it at that. However, when I got home with my breakfast burrito, I had 100% tortilla and 20% filling and it was not hot. I live five minutes from Sonic and that’s not enough time for my burrito to be this temperature. The burrito was not even rolled correctly. I was not going to leave a review about what time Sonic in Vilonia actually opens but my burrito was poorly made and I have to draw the line somewhere. For the past month, every time I leave for work between 6 and 6:30am, the lights at Sonic are always off indicating they are closed. Please fix the time on Google and food quality. Thank you

Most horrible customer service and food I’ve had in a while!! First let me just says how rude the carhop was she had a really bad attitude and eye rolling problem, I called the manager a few nights ago to get my food corrected which was messed up she took my name and apologized I came in tonight and they didn’t know anything about it apparently and only fixed 2 things in my previous order…. Then brought out the wrong drink and got an attitude when I asked for it to be corrected… The night crew girls are straight crap thanks to this young guy who was on point.

I ordered a peanut butter and chocolate shake today and it was absolutely disgusting. The first time I tried to drink, nothing came up because I was trying to suck straight peanut butter through the straw. Then when I finally got that mixed in, I got a straw full of nothing but chocolate syrup. Like no one bothered to mix the shake at all. It was inedible!

I ordered a supersonic double bacon cheeseburger. I was given a double cheeseburger, no bacon. Okay, mistakes happen. It was remade and brought back to me………on toast. Last I checked, a cheeseburger comes on a bun. The carhop insisted the manager said that’s how it is made. If I wanted a toaster, I’d have ordered a toaster. Sending something back once happens; it is a fast paced environment and grabbing the wrong burger can happen. Having to send it back twice defeats the concept of “fast food”. There could have been miscommunication or a lack of training, considering the response I got from the carhop. Both could use improvement.

It’s Sonic – you get what you get. But I come here for the blasts. The last few times they’ve hardly put any toppings in my blast. Almost $6 for ice cream. I could get a shake for half that. Someone needs to teach everyone in there that a blast actually has candy bits throughout, not just a sprinkled on top.
And please change the oil. The tots were bad.

Great Service! My food was fresh and plenty. My 1/2 price treats Blast was even thicker and better than I could expect bc I just bought one a couple days before from a diff sonic and it was diluted down with milk. They did me right here!

I have given this place so , so , SO many chances. Each time we visit we spend $30+ dollars, which is completely fine …. IF we received edible and/or our correct order. I don’t understand how this place can consistently serve room temp , old fries even during prime dinner and lunch hours. On many, many occasions we have received the wrong burgers and just about every time I’ve ordered a bacon burger there is never any bacon on it. Just once it would be nice to receive food that even feels worth HALF of what we paid for. The only thing worth ordering is drinks. I would give this place 0 stars if I could

Not 5 star dining but the owner will make anything right. And they do try. But tonight was Halloween and at 9 pm they were packed. I got my drink quickly and the gentleman in the pikachu hat was a rockstar. Great mood, great manners, friendly service. Like he was raised right. Most places you go this time at night, the kids don’t care, they hate being there and it shows. Not this guy. Him and his team were dressed up and tit looked like a block party. Great job Vilonia sonic restoring this place to more glory than it had ever before. And teaching your staff so well. And to pikachu, you made my night. Thank you!
