Ive been going to this sonic for the past month in a half, & I must say I’ve never had a good experience, attitudes are POOR , they throw your food together & honestly I’m tired of wasting gas going back to have my food remade when it could be done correctly the first time , anyways I ordered foot long coney today & I’ll let the picture speak for itself.

If I could I would leave 0 stars. I just got insulted because I couldn’t afford a stupid drink. Ya’ll need to re do your prices because that was not right. Being charged freaking 3 dollars for a 1.99 small drink. That’s messed up. Don’t come here expecting them to actually be polite too. She called me cheap and gave me an attitude. Won’t recommend to anyone else!

I ordered the number 3 combo which is 9.49 as a medium combo per the menu .I didn’t change the size or anything all I did was ask no pickles and no onions. I was charged for each item individually. Which came to 12.20 tax isn’t high enough to get to 12.20 from 9.49.

Not sure what has happened here. This used to be the best sonic, clean, fast, friendly. Ever since they got a new manager, it takes longer and longer and the quality of food has gone down. What happened to “out the door in under 4”? I ordered drinks in the app, arrived approximately 5 min later and still waited 15 min for 2 drinks.

The employees are nice and the service was quick. The app is very useful but could use some work. I recently tried the groovy sauce and it was fantastic. I also love the pickle fries.

Food was great, however when I ask for no ketchup or Onion is because I don’t want it. The onion make it unbearable. Great drinks and very friendly lady’s.

Needs better management. Our blasts have multiple types of toppings not asked for, stale tasting toppings, freezer burned chicken strips. French fries so salty we can’t eat them, Absolutely has gone from one of the best Sonics in Arkansas to the absolute worse. We literally drive ANYWHERE buy heber sonic.

Love Sonic food. Best fast food burger in the area. Service is great, they bring your food right to your car. Who could ask for more? And as far as atmosphere, I’m in my car, so if I don’t like it, I can change it.

Nice people. We ordered the wrong burrito for our 2 year old daughter. Didn’t realize it had peppers on it until we got home. The manager was super nice. We knew we ordered the wrong thing. They did NOT mess up our order. They were kind enough to make a Jr. Breakfest burrito as a replacement and didn’t charge us. We drive across town to go to this one because the people are always so polite and go above and beyond to help the customers.
