Great customer service! I just didn’t like that we ordered online and placed sauces on the order and didn’t receive any. As well as the boba popping should be on the bottom not the top so you can enjoy them during your drink not at the end. Everything else was fresh, hot, and delicious. With the app you can get drinks half off at anytime and they have deals on food items in it as well.

We’ve been waiting here for 20 minutes and still don’t have our food. Me and my buddy both paid with cards so now we’re out our money and are still hungry. This really needs to be addressed. As you can most of these reviews are 1-2 and then a whole bunch of 5s. I don’t know if I just caught this location on a bad day but this is ridiculous. As i posted this we got our meal and the carhop was very nice. The manager was also outside helping. Maybe they’re just under staffed on Sundays.

It’s always evening shift they answer with a attitude same person everytime and today the Manger Zakiya was very rude she laughed in my face I come get ice almost every other day or drinks and it’s always bad service in the evening. This evening it was hair all in my ice like she purposely did that like the ice had dropped on the floor all the girls have braids so why is it dirt and hair in my ice. I will never come back to this location very poor service and rude employees, people are better off going to the one on Warden road or the other location on kiehl, this is the worst sonic. NEED BETTER MANGERS!

Need more employees or something everytime I go there’s a problem. Had to push the button three times to let them know I had a pick up order because it wouldn’t let me check in. Everytime they asked me to hold I would hold for 10 minutes so I tried again. Finally got to them and sat there another 30 mins no joke 45 minutes sense I placed the order online. Said f it and left cause I had to go to work.

Honestly just a sad location right now. The employees are amazing and always seem very nice. They appear to work very hard. Which is a big reason it is so frustrating that the location itself seems to be working against them. Every time we have gone by in the last couple months, the stalls have weird visual glitches that make it hard to read anything. When paying, you just have to swipe your card and hope for the best. You cannot push the buttons to choose payment type on many of the machines. This also applies to the tip screen after you pay. I have tried multiple times to guess at where the right buttons should be but the screen is so glitched and an extra tip never comes out. Last night was the worst of all, where we tried two different stalls and the buttons lit up and froze the screens and then no one ever came on. We went through the drive thru where we sat for a couple minutes before one of the sweet kids working there came out and apologized. Their entire ordering system was down, not allowing them to speak through the speakers. She still went above and beyond and was taking orders verbally at cars and then running payments and receipts back and forth. And then their credit card payment system stopped working. Just kind of ridiculous

WORST Sonic I’ve EVER been to. I occasionally get slushies here and every single one of them have been improperly mixed. Staff always gives me an attitude, and the service is painfully slow. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This Sonic needs to be shut down.
