first the mobile app wasn’t working, so we had to pay full price for our drinks instead of getting half price, then they were out of marinara and didn’t tell us when we ordered mozzarella sticks, they didn’t give us the ketchup or cream cheese dipping sauce that we specifically requested, and one of the slushes we got was completely liquid and the other was frozen solid. an absolute waste of money. will not be returning to this location.

I usually go to this Sonic often because it’s at a convenient location. The staff have always been very friendly and service is usually fast. My main issue with this Sonic are the stalls. The past few times I have went, I have had to go to multiple stalls before I find a working one. I can understand one here or there but some visits I hit 3-4 bad stalls in a row. I’m not sure if they’re just off or broken but either way, it would be nice if there was some kind of indicator so we’re not constantly pulling in and out of stalls.

I just hate it personally when a fairly new sonic has several booths down. To make that experience worse you won’t know they are down until you pull into the spot, today I pulled into three different spots to find a working booth. Suggestion from me, get some orange construction cones and out them in non working booth parking spots, save the customer a lil irritation.

I ordered two meals. When the chick at the window handed me my cup, it was punctured by what looked like a fingernail mark. When I told her, she copped an attitude like I was insulting her. The food then took 15 minutes to receive, and of course it was wrong.

They literally never have anyone on staff, and when they do, they are slow and rude. The only person I’ve EVER had be nice to me at this location was the owner, Greta, and even then she barely spoke to me. All of that aside, they have been so “short staffed” they have turned off the app for mobile orders, which makes no sense because it’s literally easier on the workers to not have to take my order. Makes no sense. Been waiting 10 minutes on them to answer over the red button just for a dang ice cream cone. Ridiculous. I work in the fast food service industry & it’s so disappointing to know how terrible some places are.

Great employees. Awesome attitude. As long as I have no where to go, this fast food place is for great attitude and freshness of food on point. Plus, this is fast food. I think their standards and all other fast foods in Maumelle are better than other cities. Everyone here deserves employee of the month especially drive thru employees.

Horrible experience. 8 in the morning and no coffee brewed. Took over 20 mins between ordering and getting food. It was like slow motion. And Diet Dr. Pepper is flat. So disappointed. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but hoping the manager see this and corrects it.

Ask for least expensive Jr barrito and cost was over 8$. Went to Burger King got 2hamburgers for 5 $.. sad that your prices are that high.
