I ordered a BLT and it came with only what amounted to about a single half piece of bacon. I talked with 2 different carhops about the issue. It took 20 minutes before one of the carhops brought out more bacon. The bacon was nice and fresh so the wait didnt really bother me. Other than that everything was A-OK. This Sonic is LITERALLY the ONLY place to eat right there in Lonoke so, its certainly better than nothing.

Always rude workers, orders always wrong, and never fix the issues.
Just went again today for a quick snack because I have a newborn so it’s not easy for me to cook that often and this is what I got. Smiley, soggy, and burnt food.
Two days ago I went and got a burger and chili cheese tots and the burger was burnt and barely any chili or cheese on the tots. Pretty much just a waste of money when I go.

Service was extremely quick and the staff seemed genuinely happy, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience had a few issues. I had to correct the box operator twice, and even then, my drink still came out wrong.
The eggs in the burrito lacked flavor, and despite ordering the Ultimate Meat and Cheese, I only found two small pieces of sausage and one tiny piece of bacon, definitely not what I expected. On the plus side, the tots were hot and fresh.
Overall, this was a “good, not great” visit. Friendly and fast, but the food and accuracy left a lot to be desired.

What’s not to love? Playground with order kiosks and picnic benches at the playground. Every time we’ve stopped on the way through Arkansas they’ve gotten our order right and it’s given our kids a place to stretch their legs.

They can’t do separate orders when you order food making it difficult when more then 1 person. Manager acts lazy and clears the order before even getting.

This location is always fast, friendly, and has excellent service. Sierra, Lily, and Madison always go above and beyond. My order is always correct, and the wait is never long when they are working. This location is also very clean and well maintained. This is the best sonic I have ever been to. Thank you Lonoke Sonic for for all your hard work! ❤️
