The first time I went to this sonic a year ago it was horrible, the wait was so long with no other vehicles there, tonight they did amazing! My drink was super good and I will definitely be back! Yay for a good sonic in Jacksonville

Being that this is the third time this month we have gotten grease soaked buns with old patties, I think they’re doing it on purpose. Maybe they don’t want people coming in for dinner. Won’t be back. Absolutely disgusting and not even the burger I asked for.

Quick and friendly service. Great food,.I love their onion rings, & the garlic burgers~ delightfully delishious~and they have the best ice! I Used to get the kids meals, for the kids, 4 the science toys, example, the different size gear magnets for the fridge) too fun. Did you know you’re supposed to tip? So, dont forget the tip, I won’t. I didn’t realize for the longest time. Sometimes you just don’t know, but we do now.

Good fast Sonic onion rings were hot and crispy. The bacon jam hamburger sandwich had too much mustard but it was tolerable. Ice tea was fresh and had the right amount of peach flavoring.

I always have issues with this location. I remember last time I went I waited 30 minutes on my food after swiping my card and when I pressed the button to see what the hold up is they didnt even have an order in their system for me. After arguing with the manager I think they realized they gave my food to the wrong stall and I had to wait another 15 minute for them to find it in the system to refund me my money. Even though they ran my card to refund it I never saw a dime of it back in my account. Well shame on me for going back right? Well anyways here is my super dry Tatcho and my supposed to be footlong chili cheese coney on two regular hot dog buns.(see pictures)

I always get their ice today I ordered a burger The Super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger No tomatoes, add onion and mustard. I had to give away because it had no mustard or onion, the cook did put tomatoes on it. I hated to spend that money on that mess (I don’t eat tomatoes). Y’all we gotta do better. I left a dog gone tip on top of that.

Have 2 location in Jacksonville.Used to visit frequently. Since covid they suck, Main st location little better than Hwy 161 location. They will mess order up more times than get it right. But did drop in for ice cream and finally got one. We rather drive to David’s burger and get better burger with smile than mess with sonic any more. Also was told they no longer honor Sonic corporate deals by an employee. So with that being said, good luck Sonic Hope they fix it before it’s to late but don’t expect it.

I had lunch and decided to treat myself to a Sonic Blast. The Sonic on Main Street was conveniently in the same parking lot, so naturally, I pulled in.
When I arrived, there was just one other car, two stalls down. I pressed the button and waited… and waited. I noticed that the other car eventually left without receiving anything, and I faintly heard something over the speaker, but it was completely unintelligible.
At this point, I was the only car in the lot. Still waiting. A few more cars pulled in, and I pressed the button again—just in case the first attempt didn’t register. Still nothing. I didn’t hear any other speakers activate either, so I finally googled the store and called.
When a young lady eventually answered, I asked if they were open. Her response? “I think so.”
…You think so?
She then asked, “What stall are you in?” Instead of responding with, “Oh, I don’t know—maybe the ONLY stall that’s been sitting here for 10 minutes?” I kept my composure and simply told her, “19 or 20.” She acknowledged it, and I hung up, giving them yet another minute.
Nothing.
At this point, I was beyond annoyed and left. But I still wanted a Sonic Blast, so I drove across town to another location—one where they actually acknowledge paying customers.
In doing so, I learned that the District Manager’s name is Will. So, Will, if you’re seeing this, I hope you’ll address whatever malfunction was happening at the Main Street location around 2:30 PM today, where “customer service” was apparently optional.
Thank you.
