This is totally unacceptable food quality. I had ordered 2 bacon breakfast burrito meals, one with a large tater-tot, another unacceptable food quality.
There is hardly anything inside this FULL-SIZE burrito, and last time I checked, a LARGE was bigger than a MEDIUM, but you’ll notice these are the same size… I did NOT get what I PAID for, that’s for sure! This Sonic continues to go downhill, and I’m not one to complain until it affects me and it has now! This is unacceptable, and I will not spend my hard earned money here anymore. Management needs to FIX this problem!

I stop here on my way to work most mornings and usually I get smiles and friendly service. Not so this morning. I usually order a BLT or two. Once I got a BL because they were out of tomatoes. I went back and complained and they politely explained, but they made it right later that day. Today I got a BLT with two skinny strips of bacon, see picture. I am working on a holiday for my company because someone scheduled a delivery so I can’t leave work until I receive the shipment. I notice every so often that my $4.42 BLT is lacking bacon for some reason. I like going here because it is convenient and some of the employees are very nice like Tyler, Hannah, and very pretty young black girl with a unique name I can’t remember. The girl at the window this morning wasn’t mean, but she wasn’t friendly either. Like she was indifferent to whether I ate there or not. Sadly I think I am gonna go try the one in Bryant even though it is way out of my way. Maybe they have someone at the grill that knows how to make a BLT consistently.

I waited 15 minutes for my Bacon Breakfast Burrito add tomatoes and when I take the first bite it’s nothing but cold tortilla. I opened it up and there’s a tiny bit of egg, one strip of bacon, two tomato chunks, and no cheese. I tried to call them to ask for a refund or a new burrito, but their line has been disconnected. Out of all the sonics in the area this one is by far the worst.

I stopped last week and decided to order the frito chili pie wrap. It was okay but it was huge for the $.99 price. I stopped again this week and ordered it again and was so disappointed. It was half the size of the one I ordered the week before. Compare the sizes in the pics below. The bigger one was even after I took 2 bites. They are on the same plate.
