The only thing good about our experience was that the Ched’R’Peppers were fresh. Our order taker kept having trouble understanding what we were ordering. The frito chili wraps were old. Our order was incorrect when it come out and the young lady that brought the order out acted like she did not want to be there. I did not get a receipt and she asked if I needed my change. I will gladly tip, but not if u r asking for it. I used to be a carhop also. I know tips r a big deal. Our cheese and chili were cold on our wraps and they looked and tasted like they were old and had sat for a while. Disappointing is an under starement.

Just ordered drinks. Waited for ever and the place was not at all busy then the drinks where wrong so they said they would bring the correct order but guess what. We waited even longer the second time for just one drink. Horrible service.

It’s a decent place to grab a burger or a quick food snack, service is generally fast and friendly. Atmosphere isn’t the greatest simply because it’s a sonic in the middle of town, very safe but nowhere I’d hang out for a bit. Food is fast food level and that is to be expected, though it gets a 3 star for food in terms of fast food id say it’s a 4. Food was fresh and fast. Prices are fair also, on par with most fast food places.

me and my boyfriend got are food, everything looked good, and we order some sauce and i just really like the groovy sauce and i prefer it, so not being rude or anything we pressed the red intercom and asked for some sauce and they said okay and didn’t ask what kind we wanted, and came out and handed us 3 syrups. mind you we didn’t order anything breakfast wise and if we wanted SYRUP and not SAUCE, we wouldn’t said SYRUP instead of SAUCE, they were just being really rude and it ruined mine and my boyfriend whole mood so thank you cause we were nice about it and said thank you and sorry about that after they came out only to be handed syrup?? and they were rude on the intercom like bruh.

I just had the worst experience at the Sonic drive-thru! I pulled up, ready to order my favorite meal, only to be told they wouldn’t take my order unless it was through DoorDash. What kind of ridiculous policy is that? Not only was the staff rude and dismissive, but I could see other cars ahead of me getting served without any issues. It felt like I was being punished for wanting to order directly. To top it off, the whole place looked dirty, and there were trash cans overflowing. I left without ordering anything and won’t be returning. Sonic really needs to get their act together!

Ordered Toasters. I want my money back? They were so disgusting that we put them in the trash. Toast was so dry that it gagged me and the bread was rubbery and burned. The egg looks like it was cooked last week. I don’t know how you sleep at night charging nearly $5 for this miserable excuse for food. I would challenge the owner and manager to drive through and order food. Then try to eat it. Your burgers are so bad that we don’t eat them anymore, the onion rings can no.longer be classified as food products and now the Toasters are no an option. Looks like I’m out of reasons to go to Sonic. DO BETTER!
