I go to sonic often because i love their breakfast burrito and usually the staff is so sweet and ive always enjoyed it. Today was not that experience. Id ordered online because unfortunately nashville is behind in times and doesnt have tap to pay. The system glitched so i had to order my drink and breakfast burrito separately. The app told me to call the store which i did and the lady on the phone who sounds like she smokes a pack a day was rude when telling me she needs a name to move the orders together. Theres a way to ask someone okay can i get your name for both orders so i can put them together. But no apparently talking to people with manners is out the window. But what really got me is i payed almost 7 for a burrito and 5 for a drink just for the burrito to be mostly cold and that same woman on the phone brought me my order and i didnt even get any picante sauce in the bag. Ive never had such a rude experience and although i will come back because this was a one off for me i however hope i dont come across her again.

It started when we tried to order the food her not even doing the combos correctly and leaving my wife’s fries completely out of the order. Then didn’t get my child’s drink on there either. Brought our food out and realized that those items were missing, told the lady and she said shed fix it.. she came back with the drink swiped the card again. Then asked her for the fries again. This time an older lady comes out with the fries and I was telling her what was happening that I thought the other lady had already charged for the fries. She has an attitude right away saying she can rewright the whole recipit for me..

The car-hops are great. The drinks have a funny taste to them though, and the food is always cold when I get it. When it says the car-hops are on their way with my order, it’s still a 5-10 minute wait until I get my food. When I order online, it’s never ready when it’s supposed to be!!

Absolutely the worst costumer service I’ve ever received. Ordered large and medium mozzarella sticks, chicken strips, and 2 corn dogs. Asked for marinara, BBQ sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Got no sauce. Pushed the button, told them I got no sauce with my order and I need 4 marinara, 2 BBQ, 2 ketchup, 2 mustard. They said “we’re going to have to charge you for that”, I said um no it comes with the food and I got none. The brought out half of what I asked for so I had to push the button again. I said look I don’t know what you guys aren’t getting but that’s not even enough sauce for what we ordered, (almost $70 worth of food all together) they muttered something really fast and when I said, “excuse me”, they didn’t answer. Just brought more sauce. Your job is a customer service job, of you don’t like it, stay home.

Runners are great and do their job. It’s mainly the people who make the food and prepare the bags as well as the drinks. The ice cream blast was not mixed at all, and I had to mix it myself; additionally, I did not end up getting any cheese with my order. Sonic honestly needs to do better with hiring their workers

Ordered today July 29, 2025 a hamburger with no ketchup no mayonnaise extra tomato I got 1 tomato and mustard or one side and ketchup on the top. Talking about a nasty taste. Ketchup on a hamburger is nasty tasting. Someone needs to learn to read. js

If you’ve been to one Sonics you have been to them all, so long as the one your going to is serving the food the way its supposed to be made and its hot. This one did everything the way I would expect any decent sonics to do it, and its decent fast food. Better then some places, not as good as others, depending on your taste preferences (I personally cant stand the breading on the onion rings, but hey, that’s me).

Really fast service poorly trained employees or they can’t hear their customers through the intercom. I ordered a number 1 with no tomatoes and I had tomatoes on my burger. Even the receipt says no tomatoes. So don’t know what happened there.
