We ordered no mayo or ketchup , made with mustard , no tomatoes, extra onions . We got the exact opposite. You almost have to mean to do this, not a single thing is right!!!!! My wife was exhausted so yes she took it on good faith that her food was correct . We haven’t been to this sonic in forever and will continue to not go .

My only issue is the cheese fries were rushed out a bit because the cheese wasn’t up to par. Everything else was really good, especially the chedR peppers and just dip them in Ranch baby! I got a vanilla diet coke which was fresh, crisp and mixed perfectly. Recommend this place.

It’s ok if your ordering 1 thing. But if your offering for a family double and triple check your food. Guy handed me my food went thru the list of it. I was thinking ok its good. I got 5 miles toward home had to drive back to get the bag he forgot. … all of our burgers…. nothing worse than cold food….

Slow. I order on app its swipe away everytime.
I have to push Button ask about my order. Carhop hands me order lid not on sundae right & dripping down the side. So my order just been melting. Spilled my sundae cause it’s a mess they want a tip for this. I won’t be going back to Sonic

Half the stalls didn’t work for ordering, and when I found one that worked, the pay slot didn’t work. Even the poor car hop said she was frustrated and fed up.
