I have never been able to get a correct order from sonic. I think they’re in a hurry to get back in to get on their phone. That’s what it looks like to me. Why don’t you stop hiring children and hear some adults that have customer service they would make sure all your food is correct.

Stopped at Sonic for a quick lunch snack. Cheddar peppers and ranch, and my favorite Sonic “Rose Gold” drink Sprite with vanilla and peach.

Super frustrating when you have to repeat the order 6x. And the attendant still repeats it back wrong, and your order is STILL wrong. Like $45 wasted. But too frustrated at that point to go back.
Popcorn chicken over cooked. Still didnt give me dipping sauce that I asked for 2x.
French fries super salty.
Drinks were flat. ( this has been last 4x I’ve stopped here)
Don’t recommend going back until they fix issues.

i drive by this location almost every day but only try it every 3 or 4 months. disappointed everytime. order come out wrong or just doesnt taste good.
better off to drive to gurdon or nashville.

I specifically ordered a rt 44 French vanilla iced coffee light ice, but what I got was a plain iced coffee with no French vanilla in it. The car hop was rude to me saying all sonics have cold brew coffee with milk you add flavor to. She took my coffee back in, I bet to only give me one or two squirts of French vanilla because I barely tasted much difference, and brought it back out to me with a new straw. She has poor customer service skills and needs to work on the way she treats her customers. I was on my way to the courthouse to celebrate Veterans day with my Pa who served in the army and Vietnam. Unacceptable, and I even tipped. I will not stop at this one again.

I feel like when people pay for extra anything they should get the extra.. when I ask for a regular medium water with real lemon I get 2 slices… so when I ask for a rout 44 water with EXTRA lemon I feel like I should be getting more then 3 slices ESPECIALLY if I’m tipping just buying a water. My burgers always look like they have been thrown together cheese and meat halfway on the bun with sauces all over the wrapper and it looks like it was smushed. I know yall get busy at times but when I come and it’s only 5 cars counting myself my food should not look like this. Please do better. Not all of the people but a lot of the people who bring me my drinks/food have a bad attitude or are very rude when I ask for missed condiments that I’ve told the people on the headset I would like with my order.

This was the second Sonic that I tried, I found the burgers at both to taste very good, how a burger should taste. And actually the fries I had at this Sonic were better than my previous experience. The food does take longer than a McDonald’s but here it’s always fresh, Sonic makes your things when you order.
I did have some difficulty ordering, the person taking the order had a thick accent and wasn’t being very patient with me. Besides that a good overall experience.
