I order from here almost daily and I never had back to back terrible service where ive been given wrong food, my food has had missing ingredients or straight up wrong sandwiches. I order for 2 people. 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. How do you read an order and straight up ignore that its less ice or extra ice or even had additives added in it to begin with?? Ive never had problems before but it irks me when I sent for an online order and its almost completely ignored. Its even more sad when I trust McDonald’s with my order more than sonic.

Received the bacon breakfast burrito instead of the ultimate without sausage add bacon. Due to how late it was I was not able to call or get it corrected as I jad already arrived home. I will call in the morning. Absolutely hate paying for something and get an item that is cheaper. It was horrible, the people were on their phones not paying attention to customers asking for extra straws or sauce. Then the food is bad and badly under cooked or not even fresh. Our drinks are not even done right they are the most sour cherry limeades me and my dad have ever had and we’ve been customers for 7 years now.

Be prepared to wait. You can pull up hit the button and wait as people pull-up after you and not only place their order, but also receive their food before you will have the opportunity to place an order. Don’t bring up the fact that you have waited 20 minutes before they answered the bell, bc then you are the problem. But if you’re friends with the day shift manager you can pull up to the windows and she will come out and get your order and walk it out the backdoor to you, but I’m sure that they are paying for it and it’s not theft from the owners. Cant blame the workers because it’s obviously a top down issue that would have bankrupted the company if it wasn’t 1 of 2 fast food choices in this rural location.

I ordered my breakfast at 9: 23 and did not get my food till 9:45 or so.. I love sonic but folks need to learn how to get orders out in a timely manner. It should not take 20 something mins to get food out the door.

Just about every time I go to use my sonic app it’s always temporary offline. I have seen this way more than once. They might as well turn the app off for good I’m not a happy camper. All other sonics don’t have this problem.

We ordered by app. It took over 20 minutes to have them answer the button. It took another 20 minutes to get the order! All three Chilli dogs looked dried out including the bun. I love having a Sonic in our little town but…I don’t stop there if I don’t have time to wait longer than normal. The car hops are nice. The people who answer the calls are slow. The outside needs pressure washed on the walkways out the doors and to the park spots because they are greasey and attracts flies. I don’t think the manager cares about any of this.

Look it is Sonic, it is never going to be amazing, but it is always going to be better than McDonald’s. This place did crank out 4 of the best double cheese burgers all the way, that me and my team have had in awhile though. So for a Sonic in the middle of nowhere running less than a foot from a PIZZA HUT with a lunch buffet, I take my hat off to them. 4 Stars is simply a ding at how long the order took to complete. It was slightly longer than other Sonics I have been to, but can’t complain to much about fresh burgers. Live to Eat!

This place has gone to Hell in a hand basket ever since they remodelled. Takes forever for them to answer your stall then takes twice as long to actually get your food. Most of the employees are rude, especially if you come in the morning. Overall, while the food is good, having to wait 40 minutes for a BLT when there’s only 2 cars besides you makes me not want to eat there.
