We waited too long for our food but all of our order was correct with proper utensils, plenty of condiments and the cherry stems folded under the lids so they didn’t sink to the bottom. It was obvious the workers put in the extra effort with the order and I just wanted to post this in hopes they would know they were seen and appreciated.

This place was SO slow. We came when there was hardly anyone else there, and it took 20 minutes to get a single grilled cheese sandwich. That was all we ordered and it took so long to get our food. Would not recommend coming.

We went to Sonic in McGeHee, first of all, we pushed the button and had to wait for them to respond. The young lady finally answered. We tried to order 2 cups of ice and was asked repeatedly, what we needed. To top it all, we sat there over 15 minutes. There was only 3-4 cars there and 5 or 6 people standing around and one young man running around trying to service everyone. Finally we told the young lady never mind about the ice and she boldly said , it’s your loss!!! (SMH) who does that. That was unprofessional and when we pulled off, they all stood there and looked as we left out the parking lot. I just felt like the owner needed to know how his employees to their customers. This happened August 12, 2021 and the time was around 2:50pm

My experience at the store is that none of the buttons or panels work at the stalls. I have said they’re 30 minutes with a button pushed looking inside the window and they are doing nothing but playing around and on their phone. They will not answer the phone as well this store has really gone down hill and I hate to say anything bad about it but they need Better management in there or a lead that will do what’s right and get things fixed around there

This Sonic is very fast and efficient! Their food is good and their staff if friendly. I travel with my dog and prefer to stop here anytime I am passing through. They never let me down.

Ordered a cherry limeade and the cherry had mold on it. Disgusting! That means they are not regularly cleaning or updating the food supply. The drinks taste terrible because that town’s water supply tastes bad. They need to ship in fresh water or something. Also hire workers that can properly hear, they seem to get orders wrong often.

Fast service.Good food. My fav is the Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito (adds bacon & jalapeno). Their packaged condiment salsa is better than expected at a fast food place, in fact, it is better than any salsa I’ve had at a Mexican restaurant here. Very tasty together. (You can order light jalapenos if sensitive to capsaicin or dislike the pepper.)

I was at your Sonic yesterday and was extremely disappointed with the service i received. All i ordered was a large sweet tea. After at least a 10 minute wait i had to reorder a second time at witch time my beverage was offered at no cost. But then when i took my first sip…. It was soured…. It tasted like the tea was old and disgusting. Like the container the tea was served from had not had a good cleaning in days, if not longer. I have myself worked in the food industry and would never have allowed that kind of customer service to go unnoticed. Please post this letter for all your employees to see. You should treat each and every customer as if they were serving their own friends and family.

I ordered 2 large slush one orange and the other grape. I was told my order was $2.60. The carbon came out with one slush an grape with orange fanta. Wrong order completely. Reorder the 2 slushies AGAIN. The same exact way. STILL came out wrong. Service terrible.

Employees were very welcoming and friendly. Burger patty was overcooked but my cheese was cold and never melted to the patty, like they were cooked ahead of time and the cheese came straight out of the cooler. Fries were mostly the hard crunchy bits. The carhop, a very sweet girl, forgot my fries on the first trip to my truck but she was quick to get them out once I pointed it out. It’s a good location to stop if you have a dog that needs walking as there’s a grassy field at the end of the parking lot.
