Worst sonic in the state. Waited 30 minutes for my order, I paid for jalapeños. Obviously you can tell they aren’t there.

Very slow service in drive through. I was the only car then a line formed behind me. Took 10 mins before they took my order. I was beeping my horn and everything. They kept apologizing. Grill Cheese Burger was very salty and had one tiny spot of ketchup. Food was smoking hot so it made up for it. Ignoring the customer was rude.

Needed a quick bite. Stopped but it wasn’t quick! It took forever to place order, order came and was wrong on two items. The young woman was quite rude about it. My kids are allergic to tomatoes. I clearly stated three times. No ketchup or tomatoes. They don’t like mustard (most littles don’t) we got mustard and ketchup! She actually said “you can wipe it off!” Finally she took it back. I waited almost 15 minutes then just left without food because as I said we needed a quick bite. We were in a hurry!

Sat at the drive through trying to order for 8 minutes and never got an answer. Then pulled up to the drive through and not one crew member came to the window. I sat there for almost 15 minutes. 5 different employees stared and just continued what they was doing and took food to others in the drive through line. Will not be going back. Awful customer service
