We drove up and we placed three orders. Two were basically the same except for an addition of jalapeno peppers. The difference was almost two dollars more. We questioned our waitress who appeared not to be too happy to interact with us. At first didn’t see forks so asked for those, but cancelled the request once found. When she asked if we needed anything else, we asked for napkins. She returned with half a pack and some attitude as she turned and left before we could say thank you. We did leave her a tip so can’t figure the reason.

Got put on “hold” twice in the stall, didnt take the order for 15min. Another vehicle came, ordered, and got their food before our order was even taken. Had some kind of conversation between employees out on the sidewalk while we waited. Food is sonic, you know what youre getting when you go.

I give it a four star because we ordered a large cheese stick with ranch and marinara sauce and a large oreo shake. We got the shake but no oreo’s just shake lol got ranch no marinara but can’t be to hard are mad cause out of the 8 working 5 where being trained.

Service. Absolutely awful. I waited 25 minutes for a vanilla ice cream cone. After 15 minutes, I buzzed inside again just checking on my order. People make mistakes and they were busy. No problem. The lady told me it would be right out. After 20 minutes, when I asked for my money back, the lady taking my order told me my order was ready if I still wanted it. I told her that would be great. Car hop came out to my car, ice cream cone turned upside down in a cup, handed me the ice cream and started to walk off. When I asked if I could please have a spoon, she was very rude and barely acknowledged my request. A few moments later, she returned with my spoon and napkins. No apology, not a “thank you”. Nothing.

They used to have the best onion rings around but I won’t even order them anymore even IF I eat there. Food is rarely hot and fresh tasting and it seems as though they just “throw together” your sandwich even if they aren’t busy. It’s very sad because I would use to eat there every chance I got☹
