We just placed a huge order and they decided to give us what they wanted. They fixed it but they didn’t fully complete what we paid for talking about sanitation purposes. I wanted what I paid for. I realize it’s not the company’s fault it’s the employees! I ordered a loaded cheese Cooney and they gave me other stuff, including onions something I didn’t want. They give you what they want you to have, instead of what you pay for. Got to get some better employers that satisfy the customer!

For some reason when you get food delivered and pay the delivery fee/service fee etc I would expect the workers and driver to check the receipt before handing food over and leaving the restaurant. But no they expect you to drive there to get the order they made a mistake on.

Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant, messy but sooo good. I was always a fan of Burger Kings Croissant but this beat it hands down. The food was fresh and delicious which was a much needed improvement over past visits. Thank you for the great food and fast service. I give it .
I found a Black Fly in my drink and that pretty much just ruined it for me.

Waited almost 2 hours for my order. I used door dash and the driver waited for almost 1.5 hours to get the order. Food was absolutely horrible and drink was melted. We threw every bit of it in the trash where it belonged. Will not be purchasing anything from this location again as this was not the first time we have had issues. Even going there myself we have had issues.

Came by in the afternoon to have a route 44 drink during the happy hour times along with some snacks. The tater tots and french fries were lukewarm and the corn dogs were not fresh either. You could tell all had been sitting out for a while. Unfortunately if we had known that we would have not ordered that food. Seems like it would not take much to freshly cook fries or tater tots or even the corn dogs at time of order. The drink was good. The cups for the route 44 are pretty flimsy so you have to be careful when picking them up as the beverage itself is very big. Service was nice and the car hop brought the food quickly and with a smile. Room for improvement.
