The worst looking burger I’ve ever received from a sonic. My husbands crispy chicken sandwich was not good either. He said it’s the worst lunch hes ever had and we do not like to complain. This was awful and he told them twice we wanted ketchup. We did not receive any ketchup. The carhop was very nice. We will not stop there again.

We order 3 meals, it was on the screen what we ordered. One of the meals what onion rings. The young girl said they didn’t have any onion rings fries was ordered with this meal. The girl brings out our food so my husband checked the bags making sure we had all our food. We only had 2 hamburgers. We ordered a number 3, 4, and 5. Only had hamburgers for the number 4-5. She said we did not order 3 meals. I did not want to wait another 10 minutes for my hamburger so I was stick with just fries. When we got back to the hotel the fries were so over done we couldn’t eat them. What a waste of money.

First thing that happened your carhop walked up to my vehicle, I handed her a $20 bill.She made a snide remark about what’s up with everyone and the $20 bills. Secondly my order was $11.18 I asked her to hand me $7 dollars back she responded with I don’t have $7 change dude, I only have $5 she handed me that and walked off . I feel like I just ripped out of a $2 more tip than what I wanted to pay.Thirdly I asked for onions to be added to my foot long there is no onions at all on it .Needless to say something needs to be done and I won’t be back.

Service is slow, all that I ordered was a large Dr. Pepper. When it finally came out, it was overflowing and the carhop basically said it wasn’t her problem and walked off.

I ordered a queso burger. It took a while. The lady came with the wrong order. She took it back and something told me it wasn’t going to be worth the wait, so when I saw her again, I told her that I needed my money refunded because I was in a hurry. She took my card, came back with my card and said, “We don’t need your card to refund you.” I said “what about my receipt?”she replied ” You don’t trust me?”. I said, It is good business to get a receipt, because I would never be able to prove that I purchased something I didn’t receive…..I need to see the manager. A man returned with my receipt, and had nothing to say…….BUT I SHOULD HAVE “TRUSTED HER????? WOW!!! The world we live in…….

I ordered ahead in the app and sat at the mobile stall for 30 minutes waiting for 3 drinks and cheddar peppers. And the twisted flamingo drink I ordered didn’t have sweet cream in it.
