Store# 6003 : I came in about 9:20-9:30 pm on Jan 21st 26, the lady at the window was extremely rude . I was picking up door dash and there were no customers so when she said they were drive thru only I didn’t mind even though door dash strictly for ids drivers to use the drive thru. When I went through the drive thru she made it apparent she was irritated I was there. I had two orders to pick up after she handed me the first (2 ice creams) I asked for drink holders for both orders (second was 4 drinks) and she increasingly got irritated and when I was trying to tell her the name on the second order she started talking fast amd fast ” what is it is it door dash grub hub come on tell me ” and I stopped her and said “maam I know you hate your job but this is mine” she was a bit more cordial after I said that but in the end it was a terrible experience with customer service

Doordash order on New Year’s Eve? I already know it’s going to be hard. 1 hour and 2 dashers later and I have no food and no change in order status. I have to literally call support to get my money back.

I would say this only happens on a holiday, but this also happens late at night on a normal night too. Granted, now that I think they close around 1 or 2 am? They need help, or retraining, or tell doordash that they can’t take late orders. This is ridiculous considering i spent over $30 on my order, not counting dasher tip.

Sonic employees are not taking proper placement for orders. They do not confirm they do not make sure If I need anything else They cut you off and turn the intercom off forcing you to pull up and being that you weren’t finished with your order you have to then place the rest of the window And start the wait on cooking time all over again You’re having to wait extra longer because the lady taking your order, didn’t have time or the feel to want to properly take the order irritating This is not the second time but third time

We ordered Jalapeño Cheddars and a Pretzel. After waiting 20 minutes with no update, I had to go and inquire about the order myself. Only then did they hand it over. Unfortunately, the Pretzel was burnt and overcooked — it was extremely chewy and hard. However Jalapeño Cheddars are good.

We go to sonic on 28west trying then pull around the parking lot to find a screen that works just to wait 30 minutes to bring us melted hot fudge Sundays, I refuse to take it so this is the better version they brought us and it didn’t even taste like ice cream….

I ordered the five piece chicken strip dinner. It looked like it had been cooked at lunchtime even though this was close to 5pm. The crust was a dark brown, so thick I could barely bite through it, and the chicken inside was so dry it was bordering on turning to powder. I walked the dinner inside and explained the situation. The cook came over to me and apologized. She said she would personally see to it that my meal was cooked fresh. I thanked her and returned to my vehicle and waited. The same cook brought the meal to me personally. She again apologized for the first one. When I opened the second attempt I couldn’t believe my eyes. It looked identical to the first one. It looked like she had cooked it an extra twenty minutes. I promptly drove to the trash and deposited the inedible meal.
The reason for the two stars instead of one is for the lady’s attitude, demeanor, and desire to please. She should seek a career in customer service instead of the culinary arts.

The service here used to be great a few years ago, but now its slow and the people aren’t very friendly. Management seems to have changed alot over the past 2 years which seems to be a problem. There is no consistency. I would rather drive further to get better service and product than to come here which is only a few miles from my home.

I have been to Sonic less than 5 times in my entire life. (Always Drive-Thru) until today. I didn’t realize that they didn’t actually have seating or ordering inside With that being said, I walked my smiling self right through the doors….the KITCHEN doors. Ooops! The staff turned around and just looked at me. HA! They let me know I could order from the outside kiosk. Unfortunately, I only had cash. Kamariah was absolutely helpful, smiled and not once made me feel bad about anything. More businesses need employees like her!! THANK YOU!!

This could have been a little great deal better without the hair in the food. Up until that time, the service was okay. They had to. I’ve come out 3 times get the order correct, because the microphones weren’t working properly. That’s a management issue. Everything else was going well up until the time that my wife found a hair and her hamburger, which kind of ruined the rest of the meal. Again, this place is not bad, but it needs a little better follow through on preparation.And keeping hair out of the food.
