I understand how the mobile app works. I don’t appreciate how I was treated like I was stupid. A simple “I’m sorry about that. I’ll check into that (even if you don’t) and let someone know” or a “let me ask for a new sundae and shake for you” would have went a long ways. Customer service is definitely not a strong suit with this location.
Here’s proof that I checked in when you told me three times that I did not :,) Lesson learned at this location. The mobile app is a waste of time.
This last order was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Everything in it was wrong, with the exception of a couple. We call Sonic, and they person who answered was very rude and hung up in my wife’s face. My wife call’s corporate and is on the phone with them for nearly half an hour. She had initially tried to get a refund on the items that weren’t ordered by us. All they would do is offer a coupon in the same amount as the items.
At this point, she’s sick of asking this employee for a refund, and hangs up. This is ridiculous. The items she tried to get a refund added up to a whopping $14.00, not including the three that were correct. So apparently, this Sonic location thinks that $14.00 dollars was enough to lose two customers who were loyal, despite the constant mistakes on our orders. Brilliant.
Owner is not fixing issues apparently doesn’t care leaves cryptic sorry messages and No attempt to rectify the problem. Shame on you all!
