Never fails. Every time I go to this Sonic, there is ALWAYS something missing from my order. One time it was a corn dog. Another time it was chicken tenders. Most recent time it was a burger. Like… I’m so sick of having to go all the way back to Sonic to get my damn food that should’ve been in there! If nothing else, this place is consistent with forgetting items. That’s about it.

They gave me a completely wrong order . The drinks were wrong. I ordered a Bacon peppercorn ranch grilled cheese burger with tots and a strawberry limeade and a sprite. That is not what I got instead they gave me a kids burger with cherry limeade and a diet sprite. The only thing they got right was the tots.

I asked them to make me a “coffee milkshake, w extra coffee/espresso” since the original frozen coffee drinks are no longer an option. They actually made a VERY good drink for me. So I ordered another (large this time) and it wasn’t mixed/blended AT ALL (I think they were probably fed up with my pickiness and fixed it so that I wouldn’t ask for another – oh, but I will…. one day…)

Service is really hit-and-miss at this one. They don’t pay attention. My “and that’s it, no drink, nothing else” prompts “Anything else with that?” On this visit they got the order wrong (omitted bacon, ignored no mayo). On the next visit they never answered so I went to Burger King instead.
