Ordered a chicken fried steak sandwich a burger and three root beer floats blended and got two burgers and it wasn’t the one we ordered the staff was extremely rude and would not blend the floats. After we had to reorder twice. The staff was cursing and hollering. This place needs to be completely restaffed. This place is horrible.

Garlic Cheeseburger was good, actually really good. Hint of buttery garlic, we enjoyed the burger. We added jalapeños it was delicious. Onion rings had a subtle sweetness to them and crunchy. The fries were under cooked, transparent, and soggy, not a fan of their fries. Loved the oreo cheesecake ice cream. Hit the spot. Make sure to stir the scoop of cheecake into the ice cream.

this is the shittiest place i’ve been too. nobody can get a order right and they complain when you ask them to fix it or have an attitude and they don’t fix it right either. you have to ask 100 times just to get something right.

Just got done eating here tonight with my family. A guy named Jason has been running orders for the last 30 minutes I have been sitting here eating in my truck. While I clearly see others in there looking at there cell phones. The parking lot was full as well. Jason deserves a raise or at least to be recognized for his hard worked.

Placed a mobile order. Arrived and checked in. We waited 25 minutes before pressing the red button to ask about our order. “You have to check in” … we already did. Yes, we could have checked sooner but I was giving the benefit of the doubt. Now our ice creams are melted. The fries are cold. The burgers were warm thankfully.

I understand how the mobile app works. I don’t appreciate how I was treated like I was stupid. A simple “I’m sorry about that. I’ll check into that (even if you don’t) and let someone know” or a “let me ask for a new sundae and shake for you” would have went a long ways. Customer service is definitely not a strong suit with this location.

Here’s proof that I checked in when you told me three times that I did not :,) Lesson learned at this location. The mobile app is a waste of time.

This Sonic has TERRIBLE customer service. We’ve ordered Sonic through DoorDash at least 25 times this year alone, and nearly half of them have had items missing, burnt, or completely wrong entirely. One time, we were even given someone else’s order. Since we don’t pick these items up in person, we have no way of returning them.

This last order was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Everything in it was wrong, with the exception of a couple. We call Sonic, and they person who answered was very rude and hung up in my wife’s face. My wife call’s corporate and is on the phone with them for nearly half an hour. She had initially tried to get a refund on the items that weren’t ordered by us. All they would do is offer a coupon in the same amount as the items.

At this point, she’s sick of asking this employee for a refund, and hangs up. This is ridiculous. The items she tried to get a refund added up to a whopping $14.00, not including the three that were correct. So apparently, this Sonic location thinks that $14.00 dollars was enough to lose two customers who were loyal, despite the constant mistakes on our orders. Brilliant.

This is the 5th time Sonic in Jonesboro Louisiana sends a slimy sauce burger out and it wasn’t even fresh or hot. The bun is soggy its nasty.
Owner is not fixing issues apparently doesn’t care leaves cryptic sorry messages and No attempt to rectify the problem. Shame on you all!

Never fails. Every time I go to this Sonic, there is ALWAYS something missing from my order. One time it was a corn dog. Another time it was chicken tenders. Most recent time it was a burger. Like… I’m so sick of having to go all the way back to Sonic to get my damn food that should’ve been in there! If nothing else, this place is consistent with forgetting items. That’s about it.
