I thought I ordered my doordash from 2560 W Bert Kouns. That’s my fault for not paying attention. Because that is the only Sonic I will eat. They have the freshest food and they don’t slop your food together. 369 W Bert Kouns is where this came from. My burger was sloppy, I fixed it to take this picture. The other location would have never done that. They also wouldn’t left the stem on the tomato and served it to a customer. I don’t even want this burger anymore. I called doordash and got a refund. Who wants a stem on their tomato, disgusting!

Sarcastic staff, ordered in drive through with only 2 cars. We ordered 2 cheeseburger meals, super fast service. We live 5 minutes from this Sonic location. Got home my spouse started eating his burger 1/2 way through eating his burger he threw up. I looked at both burgers and the lettuce, tomato was not fresh and looked like had been scraped off the bottom of cross lake. Drive through wasn’t very busy (2 cars) at all and we should have had fresh lettuce and tomato on our burger, instead we were served a burger that was already made up and been sitting under hot lights for several days. This location hasn’t been serving good food for the past 6-8 months. We just chalked it up as staff/manager issues, now starting to wonder if it’s the owner. With all of the negative reviews out their manager should have stepped up on the staffing. Now just shows owner doesn’t seem to care that much about customers. I never do reviews but this is ridiculous. I don’t want a free meal for being served soggy burgers that made us sick and I don’t want an apology. Don’t ask that I call you either in response to my review, I would like to order an old fashion cheese burger with fresh cheese, lettuce, and tomato from Sonic. Owner step up/clean up your business. Thank you! I believe the public would like fresh burgers.

The worst!!! Out of ice-cream, but took my money anyway. Wouldn’t give a refund because the order was through the app. No apologies. Had to call for a refund, and the lady on the other end could only apply a gift card to my account. The attitude from the management here was like it was my fault for using the Sonic app.
I have never received such bad service at any Sonic.
There are Sonics everywhere in this area. Pick a different one.

Had the chicken slider meal . My tiny baby buns where burnt. However my onion rings where very delicious, I also ordered a small 4 pc Mozzarella sticks and was sadly told they are out of them. On a separate order from the walk up at stall we are told restaurant is out of ice cream also. A Hamburger was ordered and was brought out with no lettuce and no tomato. When the Carhop was asked about it she said ohh we are out. So we kindly asked to have a full refund at that point on that order. My drink also was served with a ice cream lid, but I wish it could have been ice cream though. I didn’t request a refund because I already started eating my onion rings. I hope things change at this location or maybe extra training could be useful in certain communication during order taking. If you’re out of an item or in this case many items just communicate that with your customer. No one likes an empty burger surprise.

Not saying a word. Not sorry we are short staffed SOMETHING! No they ignored me and others that were just waiting! Do better! Find better people with better attitudes! It’s not the customers fault if you’re short staffed if that’s even the case.

This is by far the worst Sonic in Shreveport. I have visited this location twice in the last week because it is close to my home. Both times I have sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes or longer and not been waited on. Today when I arrived around 5:50 there were literally on3 cars on the lot and two cars in drive thru. There was a manager and employee sitting out front. When I pulled up to the drive thru window there were two male employees with head sets on, but no one could explain why I was never acknowledged in the drive thru line. I want be returning. This is ridiculous!

I came here a few months ago one morning and ordered an iced coffee and it was spoiled. Then they gave me another one and it wasn’t made correctly. I also just left there today and waited 15 minutes for 2 slushies. I didn’t even get the slushies I just left. 10 cars passed after me and left before. Plus the voice screen is always not working.

Very disappointed in my visit. My order was taken correctly but when I got home it was wrong. I order a certain way for a reason. I hate having to pick stuff off of my burgers… I asked for no onions, but got tons of them on my sandwich. The food tastes like onions.
